Has anyone flown NCL airfare to Hong Kong for Cruise departure? Were the flights they arranged good flights? Also we asked for 2 days before cruise, does anyone know if it will be a full 2 days. Thank you!  Have always booked my own airfare so this is unknown territory for me

Anyone else having trouble signing into the NCL app on their phone?

I just got off the phone with NCL. They said they gave FCC for the insurance for my friend in the room for a cruise she had booked before. They were just reapplying the FCC they had given her to the new booking. I did not have my insurance booked thru NCL so I did not have FCC they had to reapply. It makes sense I guess

It is added onto our vacation summary. It is not a scam. My bill says I now owe more money

We are booked for cruise in Oct, pretty sure it's not going. We paid for some of the trip with FCC and made final payment in cash as to not lose the FCC. Now a few days ago we get an email that they are adding insurance to our cruise in order to use our FCC. When we rebooked no mention of this and have spoke with NCL several times about this cruise with no mention of this. Any one else have the same experience ? I never buy NCL insurance and don't feel I should be forced into buying it now that final payment has been made

Why do NCL cruise consulants NEVER return phone calls? I have cruise consulants from other cruise lines and they always return my phone calls, not NCL. We switched consulants after the old one never returned our calls, now I have been trying to reach my new one for over 2 weeks now. I know they are busy at this time, but a 5 minute phone call sometime in 2 weeks must be possible

We are trying to find out the same thing. I have contacted several tour operators , they all said their tours depart before we arrive or return after we leave. 

Thank you for the info. It says the smaller cruise ships sometimes dock at the other cruise port, so I wasn't sure. Great to know Taxi take USD

That's what I am confused about. It says we are docked, not a tender port. Do we dock at the same place the tenders drop off

We are arriving in Bali on the Azamara Quest on March 17th. It says we will be docked. We are in port from 8-8. Does anybody know of any resorts close by where we could get a day pass? Not sure where we dock. thanks

We are sailing on the Quest. Do you buy this Thalasso Pass before you board or once on board? What is the approximate cost? thanks

I was wondering the same thing, especially since we just received the brochure from Princess with this itinerary for 2019.

Does anyone have a personal cruise consulant that they use at NCL. I have a wonderful one on another line that I cruise but have never been able to find one at NCL that I like. I always book directly with the cruise line so I am not looking for a travel agent. Thanks :)

Just got off a sailing with Carnival, Loved the Hub App. Traveled with a party of 19, made keeping in touch so much easier. Please tell me NCL is planning something similar.
