  1. If you are looking into the premium drink packages and are mainly a beer drinker, be advised that on a daily basis, many of the good brands were out of stock on day 1 or 2. Dogfish 90 Minute IPA was wiped out quick. Sierra Nevada Pale Ale was also gone quick. My brother in law went to the one specialty bar on deck 4 or 5 and was told they were out of his premium beer on day 2. Just something to keep in mind. I did make it worth it with Cafe Al Bacio coffee, daiquiri's for the wife, wine at dinner, etc.

  2. My children are young. They do not take up much room. The girls fit in the fold down beds from the ceiling and my son either takes the couch or in bed with us. The small couch on the Summit this past week converted to a bed and was perfect. But we could not book that as a 5 person room.

  3. OK, maybe BLOCKED was a bad choice of words. Let's try again..... I am looking for one room. Not two. Is there a way around it. Sorry for not being more specific. And thank you for all the obvious answers (getting two rooms, etc).

  4. Is anyone aware of a cruise line that will allow a family of 5 if they agree to it, sign a waiver, etc? My little man is only 6, my twins are 8 and then of course my wife and I. I do not want to get blocked from cruising because of this, and was wondering if there was a way around it. Right now, from what I could see the Carnival Dream and NCL Gem do have oceanview options for 5 but those ports of call and debarkation ports do not work for us. Anyone have any insight? Thank you.
