I guess if you just cruise a lot the same menu would get boring. We only cruise about once every three years 10 cruises in 30 years otherwise we go to Europe, South America, the USA and other places. So we don't see the issue with the MDR menu. Maybe expand your vacation options

There is an actual formula for this. Number of people times length of tour divided by day of the week multiplied by Canadian to Dollar exchange rate equals......whatever you feel is right. Have a great trip.

We and another couple sailed a couple of years ago from lax to Mexico. We had balcony cabins. We usually cruise with Hal and have also sailed with Norweigan. We found our 7 day adventure horrible. Almost every meal in the dining room was cold, over or undercooked. We were told they would make it right. Never did. Our last night we ate at the buffet. The ship ran out of clamato juice, worstershire and avocados. There's more to add but you get the gist of it. We are flying to Sydney next December 2024 to see family. I have found a cruise for New Zealand on the Splendor. This is the only cruise in the time we wish to visit. I swore I'd never set foot on another Carnival ship but maybe I should give them another try?
After doing a scientific survey on whether you should give Carnival another try. The results are half of 1/3 of 75% of most respondents think maybe.

I was going to say pink orangutan, but Panorama makes sooooo much more sense.
I have never seen a pink orangutan......but I think they can make you one in the Alchemy Bar.

Meh, I disagree on this one. Maybe it's just me, but I enjoy having dinner with my boys and another family. Do you mean, you and wife are at a two top next to your kids are next to you at another two top? This just seems awkward like you're at BW3's to watch the game.
I was just being funny which apparently went over your head.

I can't order a bottle of rum for my 5 day cruise this May. Not available on my Cruise Manager. Just checked my 7 day cruise and it's available there at a crazy expensive rate. Yikes!!
My wife ordered a bottle of scotch for our room for me. I saw the price and told her she didn't need to order a case and she told me that was one bottle......Ouch! Still glad she did.

I think cruising with kids could be fantastic.......just not with our kids.

We have taken Carnival twice to Alaska and both were the best cruises we have done. One being Alaska is so different than the caribbean and the smaller ships were great. I can't say they are better than other lines but we enjoyed the trips immensely.

All this talk about bacon got me to thinking why do you cook bacon and bake cookies......sorry about that one couldn't resist.

There are a few things you don't talk about in a forum like this.......politics, religion and how do you like your bacon cooked.

So if I understand correctly you can't eat ice cream in the Serenity area while smoking weed and listening to music.

Panorama- got an offer to move from Balcony #9452 to Cloud 9 Balcony #14239. The upgrade is $264... on the fence about it being worth it. Anyone stay in a Spa balcony and is it worth it?
We have been offered almost the same upgrade and it has been going on for 3 weeks. My wife and I have the same thoughts as you. The room are the same size, the spa level has no roof on the balcony, we won't use the spa and we are currently center ship which we like. We are just staying where we are. But for someone that would be a good offer.

"Hair Tool Compatibility" not sure this helps but as a bald guy I just need a dry towel as my hair tool. Full disclosure I wish I had your issue.

We leave in April on the Vista traveling with another couple we set up the night and time when we booked and it shows in our itinerary as Sunday at 6:30 so we would be at the same seating.

Not trying to make light of your situation but I would be greatly concerned if Carnival wanted to check to verify a 2 year old sex before letting them on the ship. I think you should be OK but I understand you asking.

It only matters if time or money is more important. My wife and I have more money than time or the few dollars for FTTF is worth the dollars for the time. A few times we waltzed past a line of others to the services desk and that alone was worth it......for us. There is no right or wrong for everyone you decide. Have a great cruise no matter your choice.

Not sure why you are having this issue as I am not a computer master. But my wife and I when reviewing saw lots of reviews from weeks to just a few months ago. Hope it gets better for you.

I agree I have had good ones, decent ones and annoying ones but every cruise we have done we have enjoyed and not on any of them did the CD make a difference. I also cannot name one.
