Was on the Ruby beginning of May, no covered/enclosed pool, but we felt as though the pool was heated but don't quote me on that!

I've had the Destination Collection 2019-2020 (Formerly Cruise Atlas) since December/January......
-
We received the same offer. We have been weighing the pros and cons too. I wasn’t sure what to do so I called to ask questions but they were already closed so I think by now it’s a mute point and they are probably all gone. Maybe I will get another offer before we cruise! Good luck to you in whatever you decide!

We were on in December, what little passenger areas there are were open most days in port and when at sea, most of deck blocked off as crew only area. Not my favorite ship with no promenade going around the ship like the grand class, imho.

Just received a move over offer:
**Caribbean Princess FREE Cruise Moveover Offer - ACT FAST**
WE ARE EXTENDING A SPECIAL OFFER TO GUESTS BOOKED ON THE JANUARY 27, 2018 CARIBBEAN PRINCESS CRUISE. MOVE TO THE CARIBBEAN PRINCESS 10-DAY PANAMA CANAL DEPARTURE ON 3/08/18,4/01/18 OR LATER AND RECEIVE:
** 100% CRUISE FARE REFUND (AS REFUNDABLE ONBOARD CREDIT) ** AIR CHANGE FEE UP TO $100 PER PERSON ** PRINCESS AIR PROGRAM WILL BE PROTECTED
Would be nice but my parents didn’t get the offer so we can’t take it, but one question, I am assuming if we had taken it we would lose our sip n sail, but what about any prepaid gratuities or excursions? Would we just lose that money?
In one more year when our youngest is out of school, and I can flex more of my vacation time this would be a perfect opportunity, of course if we weren’t cruising with others or they were offered the same.
Does this mean the cruise is overbooked too?

Depending on what ship, if you look up recent patters you will find bar times listed on the back. Some close at 7:00, some open until 10:00. Best to try to find a recent patter and you should get some more info!

We are in BF balcony, R218 to be exact, in three weeks, I’ll get some pics for reference and post when I get back.

Thank you for posting these! We leave on the 27th and love seeing some of the possibilities of things we might see and do! Appreciate the time you took to post.

This from a post from someone that got off CB on Dec 20th.....
Interesting: tomorrow’s events are already showing up on my phone, and I noticed that Muster Drill is now called Guest Safety Assembly, and you are no longer required to take your life jackets...

When my daughter went on her first cruise after turning 21 (her own booking and cabin) she was considered a new cruiser and was blue card with no perks. This was our December 2014 cruise....unless things have changed since then.

We watched Badger & Ohio play in 2014 on Royal. Had to watch in Casino on big screen. I think it was on in the rooms too. We were docked in Grand Turk for repairs but Margaritaville’s tv’s were on another game and they couldn’t have two different channels on they said. Hope this game is a much better outcome! Go Badgers!

If for some reason it is not on the menu as always available you can ask/tell your waiter that you would like it every night and they will be more than happy to get it for you if they have it available😊

Just curious..... Isn't Star Princess scheduled to leave from Vancouver today? It's 7:35 and it's still at the dock.
Anyone on board right now?
I am not onboard but they had a delayed departure due to a deep cleaning after Noro on the last cruise.

Going on our first Alaskan cruise this summer. Very excited! Knowing that salmon is extremely popular in Alaska. Will Princess be offering lots of dining choices with salmon?
We will be going again in a week, I will post menus once we get back. We are on the northbound Vancouver to Whittier Star Princess. We did the inside passage in 2012 on the Star also, and on the always available menu they had Grilled Salmon with Herb & Lemon Compound Butter. Again, I will post menus soon after our return on the 28th.

Contemplating driving out there in a couple weeks. Is it still frozen over though?
I am no expert but it's been in the 60's and 70's so I would think not. I will be driving there on the 25th, if that's before you I will let you know. ;D

We rented a car in Skagway, and we're driving to Emerald Lake next week.
I'll post info when we get back.
We too rented a van and will be driving to Emerald Lake on May 25th when we are there. Hope to see a bit of your review if posted before then, any tips would be awesome. I too will post info when we get back.

Does the Super Value Price ($129) include the 13% Tax and whatever the nightly resort fee is? I do not see the usual small print anywhere- thanks for any help!
