Are you doing this on Renaissance Island or at the Renaissance Hotel? If on the island, do you need to buy the day pass, or is that included in the massage package? I've never gotten the massage there, so I don't know how that works. If you are doing this on the island, my advice is to go over early if you plan to spend the day there. The good spots with shade go quickly. The food and drinks are pretty good.
On the island. Package includes lunch on island.

We are at Costa Linda 2/1 - 2/8. Then we move to Renaissance. We've never been to the sandbar because we always go to happy hour at Costa Linda, and usually once at Manchebo, where we've stayed several times. We have had dinner at Elements.
I am going to to do lunch and massages on Renaissance . Any thoughts?

I figured that you were talking about Bucuti. I edited my last post and included that, but I guess you saw my original post. I also mentioned that we will be right next to you at Costa Linda the first week, and at Renaissance the following week.
2/9-2/16. You? Do you ever go to the SandBar @bucuti?

Have fun! We will be back in Aruba for two weeks in February. We aren't cruising this year, but we're looking at some options for fall of 2019.
I will be there in Feb also. We stay at a resort in Eagle beach. B and T. We love the shops and restaurants at that casino. Maybe I’ll see you!

I know most people are flying into Fort Lauderdale so they are not parking cars, but for anyone that has ever flown out of Fort Lauderdale and use the long-term parking how is that situation. We are flying out on a Saturday and want to park long-term but don't wanna show up and not be able to find a spot any helpful information ?

Would love some clarification on this.
I was originally booked for 8:30 dining. I requested my time dining and they said I was on a wait list.
I checked my reservation today and see I am now listed as My Time Dining. Where do I actually eat? LOL
What are the dining rooms that are considered main dining rooms?
If I was not doing specialty dining is that where I go for dinner?
These dining rooms take the place of the customary large dining rooms on other ships?
Thanks.

I will be sailing on Anthem. The track looks pretty large. Does anyone know how long 1 lap is? It seems to be the whole length of the ship.

Considering wearing the gown I wore for my sons wedding for formal night. . I'll probably never get to wear it again.

Thanks! We'll probably play it safe and park at the actual cruise port.

Parking is 20 a day, so 180 for 9 days, and the garage is right near the ship. It's not far at all so you don't need a shuttle.
Has anyone used other parking where you take the shuttle? any thoughts?

We were at Nachi back in May as well and the beach and water was just gorgeous. This is one of the best AI resorts we have been too.
We were very appreciative of the amount of shade provided by the palapas as a friend with us is very fair skinned and would have fried in a heartbeat and not been able to enjoy the beach. Those of us who wanted more sun just pulled our chairs out and put them in front so we could continue to chat and get some color.
The hot tub was great fun with the swim-up bar - it started to sprinkle while we were in it - didn't hinder our fun at all - we were already wet! :)
The food while 'not all you can eat' - is more than plentiful and very good. Definitely order in stages and enjoy it throughout your visit.
I definitely recommend this place and look forward to going again the next time we go to Cozumel.
Was there in may also. In hot tub it did start to sprinkle. We were having a great time with other guest we didn't seem to be bothered by the rain. Maybe it was you??? We loved Nachi!

on another note. Does anyone know if there is a wine store on the way to Port from FLL ? will the cabbie stop for me?

I went with an inside cabin on my upcoming cruise, also picked my cabin I see the fare is now drastically low. When I check my cruise planner I keep waiting for my cabin number to change. Could they do an upgrade and I just find out when I check in? Also if that would be the case , what happens to my bags with my luggage tags? Of course this is all wishful thinking. Also would they sail with empty balcony cabins??

I wont be flying out that late, but I was looking for something to do also. My cruise has excursions once you return to FLL. Has anyone ever done any of these. They then take you to the airport.

Along beach are there vendors that rent chairs and umbrellas? How it was in St Martin ?

I play PB. I was just on the Pearl which also has a tennis/basketball court. I brought my paddles and extra in case I found someone to play . It was much too windy and on the Pearl the court is pitched ( I guess to drain ). That being said I never played while cruising 😢
