When in August are you sailing? We sail August 3rd and will be in a cove also!

It's gonna be 4 generations on this cruise

We are going August 17th.

I read on a different site where the mother posted because she was mad, but apparently her son was caught drinkiing and smoking marijuana.

The boy was questioned as well as his parents. Only after that did Carnival decide to kick off.

So, Carnival was also protecting the other passengers. IMO.

Looking forward to your review! My husband and I are going on the dream in August AND we booked a cove balcony! Never had one so I am looking forward to your review of it.

I ordered the Steak and Eggs....it was pretty good

 

And of course Breakfast wouldn't be complete without a little dessert. :p I love Caramel Cheesecake

 

After breakfast it was time to venture out and start exploring the Carnival Dream. Our first stop would bring us to the Aft Pool area.

 

We enjoyed spending time out here on the Aft by the pool and the Sunset Bar. It was quiet and relaxing out here.

I noticed a kid in the aft pool...is there no adult only pools?

It could be that Carnival has contracted them to run the excursions through the ship. This happened to me once with a company. If Carnival contracts them then they cant help you unless you go through Carnival.

However, they are moving the Dream to the Port of New Orleans in April.

the funny thing is...we are going back in November. Poor guide!!!

Ha ha ha....don't feel so bad....I felt the same way the year I went to GCaymans.....

Definitley won't do this excursion again! I love GC but not the stingrays!! LOL

We just got back...and I highly recommend buying the tholassal pool package...especially if it is chilly outside...this pool is basically a huge hot tub...and it is so nice...

We just sailed the Splendor on 6/27....my husband made me do this!

We sail on her June 27th of this year!
