Am I missing anything here?   (1) Uber (or #42 bus) from Hilton Hawaiian Village to PH.   Will reserve time slot online ahead of time for early morning.  (2) Upon arrival at the visitor center, we purchase tickets for the Missouri.   Are we given a time for this or do we just show up anytime?   (3) We would like to just use headsets and wander the Missouri on our own, not a guided tour.  Can we do that?  (4) I read $29 somewhere - does this include the shuttle and headsets?   Thanks for your replies.

(2) Booked on independent tour from LeHavre to Normandy (8 in van - total cost = 980 Euros) - how much tip is appropriate per person? We are getting off Celebrity Sihlouette early morning in Amsterdam and getting onto Viking Kara that same day in Amsterdam (June 9). We are looking for advice on how to get from wherever Celebrity docks to wherever Viking docks. How can we find out where they both dock? What's the easiest way to get to Viking - train? Bus? Taxi? Currency needed or credit card? Would like to take luggage directly from Celebrity to Viking, leave it, and do some sightseeing before Viking departs. Any suggestions for a quick look at Amsterdam?
