We are going in October and want to use a private tour. They re licensed and pay taxes as a company.
Can we still use the under the new legal guide line? I don't walk well and was told the RCL tour has lots of walking.

I just came back from St Petersburg and took a deluxe 2 day tour with SPB.
They were fabulous. We saw all the top sights, had early admittance to the Hermitage and even got to see the Synagogue as we requested .

Went on brillance
of the seas 1/21. Menu was much cheaper items and no changes. Service was not faster. Felt bad for our waiter and head waiter
