  1. Woody and I purchased the All you can drink package, because we do enjoy our cocktails through out the day. Not that we are drunks, but a bloody mary after breakfast, some beer during the afternoon by the pool, or one or 2 of the foo foo drinks. And then wine/martinis with dinner, and drinks in a club or lounge after dinner. So for us, this is worth the price. And we don't have to worry with gratuities or our bill when we get home. ;)

What did they charge you? I still can't buy it without adding another 15 percent to the 770.00. The 770.00 is all you should have paid.

  2. Congrats on your upgrade! I've never been offered one, glad to know it really does happen.

I thought the beverage package was too pricey at $770, much less with another 15% on top of it. I just can't imagine spending over $55/day on beverages for myself, but I guess it's a good thing to offer to those who want it. I do like a good cocktail, and I'm fine with buying some expensive ones...but I usually go for something a little cheaper...and let's face it, we're being offered this package because the bean counters at RCI have figured that the cruise line is going to make a profit on it.

Well it wasn't really an upgrade. I had to pay 321.00 but I went from ocean view on deck 3 to a superior balcony on deck 10. I think it was a deal! With drink prices on board so high I don't think I will have a problem making out:(

4 foo foo drinks by the pool, Martini before dinner and wine with dinner I think I'll be ahead. If at the casino keep them coming. Kills the pain!
