I was hoping for a recommendation on a car service I could book in advance.  Anyone?

Good day,

We are arriving in FLL pre-cruise, staying at a hotel in Miami.  Our flight doesn't get in until 7:30 PM +/-.  Suggestions for transportation to Miami hotel?  Would prefer to book something in advance so we're not waiting around.  TIA!

I called NCL yesterday to get information on our flights at the end of September (no info on our e-docs).  30 minutes on hold; I was told to check at 40 days.  At 90 days I was able to access my e-docs which showed a locator number, and was able to pick seats on the outbound flights (Delta) but not inbound (British Airways).  The CS rep told me those flights may not be our final arrangements anyway (they were just a "place holder"), so to disregard.

Sailed on Escape last July, had boarding #1.  Went directly to Headliners and Vibe passes were already sold out...

I don't know what would happen if you booked through a TA w/o having the status match and then the status match came through later.

We booked through a Travel Agent; at the time of booking we didn't even have a voyager club membership number.

Your TA would have to contact MSC and submit your Voyager Club membership number. So long as your booking isn't totally paid off,,the discount will be able to be applied,,,

We applied after we booked (several months later, website problems...) and they applied the 5% discount. However we then realized they offer a 10% military discount, so we took that instead, which they applied of course after we booked. They don't allow multiple discounts.

Regarding smoking areas -- are cigars allowed in the outdoor smoking areas, or only at the cigar lounge? And was there a smoking area in the YC?

The grilled lobster tail and yummy veggies in Ocean Blue

Veal Marsala and Osso Bucco in LaCucina.

All these are on the "new" menus.

Is Martinique one of your ports of call? Wondering if you went there, and if you had issues using US currency. TIA

I just called them. At first they said yes, they are cancelled, but then she put me on hold and came back and assured me our trip is still running (January 17th Breakaway) which is the last trip they are running for the Breakaway.

We better not be stranded in Providence...:rolleyes:

We are also trying the Divina next October. Going with an open mind and taking the reviews with a grain of salt. Sailing with great friends so we will enjoy no matter what!

I understand the 2-night cruises to nowhere on the Breakaway were cancelled beginning January 1st and that the 12 night cruises were extended to 14 nights (with changes in the itinerary). Why can't I find these when I look on NCL? Could they be sold out? We'd love to do the 14 night cruise...

And Veendam's last BDA cruise was July 4th or thereabouts
