I first contacted them in April using the info@ekoltravel from their website and Valentina picked it up. She has been very good ever since.
I’d suggest you check your junk mail if you haven’t already done so and if you’ve not heard back by tomorrow, then yes, try your gmail address.
Good luck and let us know how you get on. 🙂

Sorry to bump this, but it is the most recent post I could find about EKOL.
For those who have used them, how did you contact them?
I filled out their Web site form, and no response after several days.
I then emailed directly to the email address on their Web site; again, no response.
Any tips would be appreciated.
I have booked Ekol travel for this October and last heard from them a few days ago. Try valentina@ekoltravel.com. Communication has been excellent. -

By the way, just to add in case this happens to anyone else, I've now realised when I googled it took me to their business site which had limited information on tours and no contact information. This wasn't immediately apparent but they do have another more user friendly site with the information you need on it. Once again, thank you for pointing me in the right direction.

Brilliant! Thank you so much. 😊

Do they have an email address? Can't see one on their website and have to admit that's putting me off a little. I'm in the UK and really didn't want to get into international phone calls and time differences, especially in the early planning stage.

If it's any help, we used Jordan when in Athens a couple of weeks ago.

He will be able to advise you of what you will be able to fit in with the time you have available & of course save you time getting from site to site. He was very personable and informative.

No, MSC don't do this I'm afraid. I'm the same. I had a travel kettle with me on our first cruise but have since learned this is frowned upon. (Overloading elecricals etc.)
On my last trip I got round this by ordering a light room service breakfast and then 'absentmindedly' wandering back to my cabin at night with my cup of the special coffee of the day.

A follow up to my earlier comments on Ekol Travel where I was more than happy to praise their communication.
However, we arrived in Kusadasi on the confirmed day and made our way to the prearranged meeting place but they just didn’t show!
Upon ringing their office we were simply told there had been a mistake. We had to resort to using an agency within the port and ultimately ended up paying a great deal more and being overcharged on all entrance fees to boot. That and a good proportion of the day being taken up with obligatory visits to leather and confectionery outlets. Never again!
