We have a cruise coming up in a few weeks and I am in the process of making a music playlist to listen to during our flights to FL, walking the ship, etc.  The types of music I like: reggae rock (311, Stick Figure, Dirty Heads, Bob Marley, etc); while my wife is more into Country Pop (Thomas Rhett, Zac Brown, Miranda Lambert, etc.) and Pop (Beyonce, Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift, etc).  Any recommendations that you may have to add to the list that I have created so far?  I am definitely open to new music, bands, and anything that you love and think is a great song/artist to listen to during a cruise!

I too am running into this myself. Although my cruise isn't until March 2017 (Gem NYC 03/29/17), I have never had an issue on previous cruises where shore excursions were not immediately available at booking no matter how far out. Glad to read that it is not just me - I was starting to get nervous that maybe something was wrong with my booking! Hahah

Has anyone here been married onboard the Gem? Something we were looking at and would love to hear some feedback from anyone who has recently done it. How was your experience? How helpful were the guest services team with planning/executing everything? Did you enjoy it and were you happy with going this route rather than a "traditional" wedding? Any and all feedback is greatly appreciated!

Does anyone know if NCL provides life vests for toddlers? (18mo - less than 30lbs). When I called NCL my booking agent said they do, but I just want to be 100% sure that what they provide is for a toddler less than 30lbs. If not, I will happily bring our own. Any and all help is greatly appreciated!!

Thank you all for your responses! They were really helpful and we are super excited to have a "different" experience this cruise with taking our LO! We've done the "wild and crazy" (not really, but ones where we didn't have to worry about going to bed, waking up, etc) cruises already, so a nice relaxing family one will be a nice change of pace. Hello! We will be taking our 18mo daughter on a cruise in April and I was wondering if anyone has used the crib that NCL offers? If so, is it a good crib? Clean? Safe? etc. Please advise any info you may have - unsure if we should just bring our own pack-n-play or not.

Has anyone heard any reports of a 22yo man listed in critical condition while on an ATV excursion in (possibly) Honduras yesterday? :confused: My girlfriend heard a rumor about someone she knows that apparently they were on an ATV excursion and were hit by a car and 1 person died and another is in critical condition, and is trying to find out more information (and see if it's even true). Please let me know - sorry I don't have more information. Thanks!!

2nd night in I hit for over $900 in a matter of minutes. I was playing the $1 slots, got $800 - cashed out, then played the machine next to it and got another $100 on the first spin! Paid for most of my trip!! Going again in March 27th (Western Carib) and hoping to do it again or possibly more this time!!! :):):):)
