Had same problem. My TA had to send me a generic link to their website to get in. Printed everything, cleared all cookies and tried again. Couldn't get in.  Called RCL yesterday and the lady was actually an ass and said there is something wrong with your booking and you need to call your TA. No miss....there is something wrong with your website AGAIN !!!!

Hi,

We have three people in our cabin from separate addresses. When I enter my address, it changes the others to mine. I have left the "same as" box unchecked.

I go back into theirs and correct them but then their address becomes mine. Every time I correct a passenger's info, it messes up the others.

 

Anyone else have this problem?

Had the same problem yesterday. The other people are set up on NCL's computer as the same household as yours. You have to call them so that they can set up a different one for them.

Also had a problem with phone number. Live in Florida have Michigan area code cell. When I put that phone number in there system crashes.

I have over 500 points with RCCL I have been on NCL twice and loved it. Tried to book Allure or Oasis for an eastern and RCL was 700 more pp than. NCL, and I will be on the brand new Getaway. Although I enjoy RCL the price difference was a real "WOW" to me.

With the new drink packages you can buy them after the first couple of days. There needs to be a minimum of 4 days remaining and you will only be charged for the days that you use. Once you buy it you buy it for the remainder of that cruise.

 

I think that the staff are also not familiar with how the program is supposed to work.

Well they do give us a 10 minute head start before they sound the general alarm... gives us time to get our free drinks and upgraded floatation devices... We get brand new whistles too... but Pinnacle...now they really get the perks... crew will piggy back them to the lifeboats... and they get snacks!! :D

As a D+ member I laugh all the time about people that just cram in the D lounge or for that matter the CL to get a "FREE" wine that tastes like it was just made by the crew members toes just an hour before !!! Had a guy on the liberty last year (he was a passenger) play for about an hour by are open cabin door while we had a group in there !!! Sing a longs...He was awesome !!!! He was just walking the halls with his guitar and stopped by are open door room/;)

What are you talking about? The obc wasn't missing, it was just moved on the invoice.

I have lost OBC's from RCCL and I had to fight for ones they promised me. I have to laugh at people who think they get everything RCCL promises them!
