So far our plan is to either go or return by taxi, but not both. I also guess, as we go down the cruise its a good idea to ask arround for people to share a taxi to the walled city.

We are on our honeymoon and our 5th cruise. Also we both speak Spanish so hope its a good defense against aggressive street vendors.

Current places i've marked to visit

Everything seems so close, not sure about even needing a taxi. We are in our 30's

Are you successful in doing this? I am coming here next month. Thanks.

There is no cheap way. The only way would be a taxi. Plus they have a surcharge on Sunday. They would be difficult to find in Hamilton on Sunday at midnight. What are you planning to do then in Hamilton? Everything will be closed Sunday evening. Do you know someone who lives there? They could try and call you a taxi. There is a taxi app called Hitch. You could try getting a taxi with the app.

I want to go to Hamilton to take night photos of the town, thats all I want to do.

Maybe I can go to somewhere near, like Somerset Island, go to Scaur Hills Fort & Park, its near the Dock, after 6:30 PM, but its dangerous to walk on the road.

    Need advice & clue. Thanks.

  3. My ship comes in at 3 PM.  What can I do then, its too late to go to Hamilton right?

The next day its a the whole day.  I am thinking if I should get a $19 pass or just get tokens. The token can take you from the yard to St George?

The last day, my ship leave at 1 PM.  I wonder if I got time to take the bus to the island in the morning.

  4. I am going back to Roatan again.

    1. I remember taking a $2 bus in the town to West End. Does it still exists?

    2. No bus go to West Bay right?

    3. Can I take public bus else where? Any other good beach to go?

    Thank you for your help.

We've used Premier Cruise Parking in Miami for several cruises.  They charge $6.95 a day, have a covered parking garage, and shuttle right to baggage drop-off.  Always had great service with them, and it's much cheaper than parking at the port.  Don't confuse them with Premiere Parking, which has horrible reviews.

Check out Premiere Cruise Parking here:  https://premiercruiseparking.com/?gclid=Cj0KCQjwnJaKBhDgARIsAHmvz6cEr8xHKp3UKd5rhGQKo1w1b9NJgvEZQniLGLr98mXA7HeLw6QascsaAnxqEALw_wcB

Yes, I have use them twice and I do it again.

Did you read posts 13 and 19 in this thread before parking there?  When the number of break-ins discovered in a single day is so large that it makes the local news, that would/should be problematic for most people.  You were lucky!

Yes I know about it. Even watch the evening news video about the break in.  I recommend PCP and will park there.  :-)

  7. I just got back from my MSC cruise, Dec 7-14. I park at Premier Cruise Parking.

    I LOVE IT!

They took a group of us to port at 9:30 AM.  On my return trip, I wait like 20 mins and they came.

I get to keep my car key! and its on the 7th deck garage shaded!

This is my 2nd time.  I will do them again for sure!

I go during the non-peak season.
