Any one with any experience with cabin 8221 on Navigator of the Seas?

Take a cab from cruise port to Barrachina restaurant and drop your bags for free. Explore Old San Juan, return to Barrachina, tip them for holding your bags. Then take a cab straight to the airport. Website is http://www.barrachina.com click on free services to view more info about baggage.
Thanks for the idea! Sounds helpful.

Any good ideas about what to do in Puerto Rico for the day, between disembarkation and our 5pm flight? We will have our luggage or need something to do with it.

Great! Thanks.

Are taxis plentiful coming and going to the Baths from the tender dock? Approximate cost of the ride?

I once for got batteries for my camera. Luckily we had gotten into Fort Lauderdale a day early, and we walked to a near by CVS and I bought them.

I think that waiting for the cruise and then having to get off the ship at the end of the cruise are the worst parts.

1. Don't forget to bring a night light or a flash light for the middle of the night trips to the bathroom!
2. It's nice to split up and spend some alone time just by yourself or with your significant other.
3. Bring some suction cups with you, so if you wanted to hang up stuff up.
4. For the women out there, don't forget to bring a magnifying mirror for the bathroom.
5. On vacation, I always bring a couple of chapsticks, 2 combs and a couple cheap pairs of sunglasses. I learned to keep 1 pair of sunglasses, 1 comb and a chapstick in my beach bag. The remaining chapstick, comb and sunglasses go in to either my day bag for excursions or the purse I use at night.

Some of the other things I look forward to when cruising are: being rocked to sleep, going to the midnight buffett (when can you do that at home :)), hearing the different accents of the staff, and feeling the ocean breeze.

I'm in the middle of reading a book by Erma Bombeck called "When you look like your passport photo, it's time to go home." It is hilarious.

I noticed that some of the upcoming cruises are going there. I've been there once on another cruise and absolutely loved it. I would love to go back to it on another cruise,

For us, it really depends on what time we get home. For the most part, it's something like take-out or grocery store.

For me, I never again want to go to Nassau, Bahamas. I have been there three times on three different cruises. Once was way more than enough.

My family and I like the late dining. That way, we don't feel rushed coming back from the shore excursions.
-
What I like to do is when I get onboard is to get a drink and head for the sailway party. After that, I love to soak my feet in the pool!

Here are my suggestions, we always take these with us. Don't forget to pack a door decoration (from the dollar store). Also, a small strand of Christmas lights with suction cups, we attach these to the mirror in the room so we don't have bring a flash light with us. (we only plug them in at night.)

The first cruise that my family and I went on was back in 1997. The cruise line was American Hawaii and the ship was the S.S. Independence. Ever since that cruise we have been hooked.

I always look forward to having the escargot. Never have it at home, always tastes better on vacation.
