I'll have to see if I still have them. We never once looked at them, we just used the app. It was awesome. It would alert you when an activity was coming up that you had marked as interested. And, if anyone else in your party had marked that they were interested, it told you.

I am wrong on the time we leave Grand Turk, we leave at 5:30...we will be in port 6 1/2 hours, not 4 1/2...that seems much better??

For those of you who have rented a golf cart, can you tell me if we will have time? We pull into Grand Turk at 11 am on the Glory and set sail at 3:30 pm. Would we have enough time to rent a Golf Cart and see the island? I know we would need to be ready to get off the ship as soon as we could and hurry over to where we will be renting. Anyone who has been on the Glory or another ship who was in port for only 4 1/2 hours? Thank you for your help in advance.

Can someone who has been on a Carnival ship excursion to Tulum, answer a question for me? Does the ferry pick you up FROM THE SHIP, like a tender boat does, or do you have to take a cab to the area to catch the ferry over to the mainland/ Playa del Carmen? Thanks for any help.

For those of you who have did a ship excursion to Tulum, can you please help me with a few questions. We will be on the Splendor in December and will be doing the ships Tulum tour, can you tell me if the cost for the excursion includes the ferry ride to PLAYA DEL CARMEN? And did the cost for the excursion get you to the ferry site, or did you have to pay for a cab from the ship to the ferry site in Cozumel? Thank you to all of thoses who can help .

Thanks for all the responses. My concern was if I were on the balcony and looked down towards the water, that the life boat would be all that I would see. Hope the noise isn't too bad, I am sure it will all be just fine!!!

We are booked to sail the Splendor in November 2015 and have a balcony room on the upper deck. As I look at several pictures, it looks like the life boats are just beneath the balconies . My question to those who have sailed the Splendor and had a room on this deck, are the life boats blocking your view of the water ? Thank you in advance for all who can help.
