Thanks so much for all of the info here! We are going next week and I hope to make it to the point to try and find a shell. We are renting a golf cart, can you drive down that way and then walk to the point or is it best to walk from the pier? Thanks!

What's the best way to get to this beach?

Does anyone have any information or ever been on a jet ski tour with Captain Aquatica? We are in port from 7-3:30 and he has a tour at 11 that lasts 90 minutes. I just want to be sure that's enough time to get us back to the ship on time. Any input on this tour would be great! Thanks so much!

We drove a Suburban one year and we weren't charged anything extra. We had no problem with the parking.

Well we hit single digits tomorrow but it's never too early to start dancing, right?! We are also in NC (no snow but cold and rainy) and we've been counting down for a year! Can't wait for next Sunday!!

Are any of taxis handicap accessable with a lift? Does the jitney have a lift? My hubby uses a power chair. We r also thinking of taking his w/c so if need be I can push him Would w/c be easier for taxi or jittney? Thanks for any information.

The last time we were in Nassau, we took an island tour offered through one of the taxi drivers at the gate. It was a van but I don't think it had a lift.

We are on this sailing too. I could pull it up yesterday but not today. I can't wait :)

Just curious....if you book excursions through the ship, do you book online before you board or once you board on the ship? We book some on our own but there are a couple we will do through the ship this time. Thanks!

We also walked there, but, as I have said several times since, if we had to do it all over again, we would have opted for the bus. We never felt threatened, but even though the walk is along a very busy road, there were times we were the only ones walking on a block and there was always the thought in our minds, what if............

 

 

 

 

 

And yes, the zoo was wonderful, even for us seniors who had no children with us. :D:D:D:D

I bought a little surprise for my son from the fun shops online for our cruise. I don't see it listed under any of my details/orders. Should it show up there?

Any suggestions for seeing El Yunque? We'll be in port from 7-3:30 and I know traffic can be crazy in San Juan. We are wondering if we should just book with the ship or should we go with a private tour? If so, any suggestions?

The same thing happened to me and I still haven't heard anything. However, when I checked my booking online today, the reduced rate was listed as well as the onboard credit.
