Yes I know topic should have been titled FCC But by replacing a C with an F makes for a whole new acronym, no prize to the reader who gets it correct. One F is certainly Frustration

Our seventh family cruise was scheduled for MSC Maraveglia (sp) for April 11 2020. Had three balcony cabins all adjacent. MSC cancelled the cruise and asked if we wanted a refund or 125% FCC. Received confirmation from them mid March they had confirmed our decision and should be getting our FCC in two weeks. Now six and half months later still no FCC certificate. We booked directly with MSC, unfortunately no TA involved. I call once a week, feel sorry for people answering the phones , but it reality they can't do much but resubmit our request. Two words have become very popular during our discussions, Processing , and Expedited, really please must be same phrases they tell everybody. We have already booked cruise for April 3 2021 but unless we receive our FCC we will obviously be cancelling this cruise. Hey MSC I'm Sicilian maybe I can make you an offer you can't refuse. Any advice Thanks

Help, in Tortola with family on MSC, 6 adults and 4 children under 7 (7 , 5, 3, 9mos.) Closet beach to port? Trying to move 10 any great distance may be cost prohibitive. Adults have all sailed numerous times prior. Tortola once,:) just walked around, children looking for a beach, Suggestions? Thanks

Sharing same frustration, had cruise scheduled on Meravaglia (sp) for April 11 2020. Was cancelled and opted to take FCC since this would have been our 7th family cruise on MSC. Three balcony staterooms always adjacent dreams come true for for children at the moment
all under age 14. Received e mail from MSC in mid March stating
would receive FCC in 2-3 weeks, still waiting. Call once a week same old story, favorite words pending, processing, expedited. Over
$7500 invested and nobody gives a "fat rats ankle"; what really hurts I am Sicilian I know I need to make a call but I suspect this treatment of people was not taught them by their parents. Shame on you MSC in the very challenging time we live you have chosen to ignore the very people upon which you are dependent for your existence. And yes I booked directly with MSC. So much for customer service
