Thank you everyone, great suggestions to get me started! Really like that site Essiesmom!

How does everyone find back to back cruises? Just started looking into it. Think we would like the same ship but different itineraries. Is there an easier way than going through Carnival's website and looking at each ship and dates? What do all the expert back to backers find the easiest? Thanks in advance!

Cruising rejuvenates me! I always come home more relaxed, more tolerant, and a lot happier!

How thoughtful you are!! I think on embarkation day, have flowers delivered to the cabin, so she will have them all week to enjoy. Then, every nite have something special delivered to the cabin for before you go to dinner. Cake one nite, Champagne another, Chocolate covered strawberries, cheese plate, these are just some examples. I would give her a certificate for the spa, inside a nice card, but in the card, you need to write a LONG explanation of everything you love and appreciate about her. Maybe remind her of something funny that happened 40yrs ago, or even the day you got engaged. Tell her how beautiful she is to you. Women love that more than gifts.

We were thinking along the same lines and must have been posting at the same time! It would do it. memories mean a lot!

How about 49 roses or different types of flowers totaling 49 to represent the years that have all been different and shared, delivered with your hand made list of the 49 reasons you still love and cherish her!

As long as the stroller was empty, I would have pushed it in, went to a different floor and pushed it out and around the corner.
I thought about it!

When I travel with my sister who uses a scooter, I am the clearer, protector etc. and it seems to work well. The rudest thing I have seen is when we were in an elevator, the doors opened and a man pushed his stroller half way though the door and said "They are coming!" That was okay by me. Until he kept the stroller there and kept looking and looking.. Well while he was looking I quietly moved the "empty" stroller out and closed the door.

I never use anyone but Know Jamaica. com for Ocho. Marva and her son Javia have a great reputation and interesting and fun excursions!

I felt I just had to post a response to this thread. This is an example of how the cruise critic board used to be and am thrilled to see this particular thread revived! Thanks once again to Preston and Shirley for all the help throughout the years!:D

Welcome back Bequia! You were missed. What do you know about the new Homewood Suites? I think it's on on Griffin? The price is reasonable and includes parking, while on a cruise, I believe. How is the area? Walking distance to store for wine and restaurants? Thanks, I've followed your advice a lot in the past!

Be kind to your nurse? I am an RN from central NY, you, too?
Yep! where are you located at?

I, too want to be back there. And to think, it is the end of March and there is still some snow on the ground here in NY !
I am not even mentioning the dreaded "S" word again , tough winter huh? Happy and thrilled with the warmer temps right now, hope it lasts!

Dave, great picture and it has just now become my background on the computer! Love the composition and detail , and that is exactly my feelings of sea days. Thankyou!

Never saw one advertised. Might be fun though, since I am of Irish descent!

pierces...amazing shot, absolutely agree with above poster. Pure Caribbean! Where was the shot taken from on seven mile beach? Would love to be in that spot next month!
