  1. Yes I am excited. We are on deck 10 in 1612, I think it was the last one. Location isn't a big thing to me. This itinerary has 3 ports we have never been to so I am pleased. Ive lost my mind trying to plan 6 excursions in about a week. Im usually an advance planner and big researcher. I hope we get Jorge.

We are in the same cabin on 12/2!

  2. There was a question if anyone was flying the same day. If you said yes, it asked the time.

I guess to schedule those with early flight for early disembarkation.

I was still asked for my arrival and departure flight numbers/carriers/times when I finally was able to log in and do the checkin. It was in the Guest Information section.

  3. For the 47th time.

You have to call to get it unlocked. Log out first.

Then, when you go to the home page, DO NOT LOG IN. Click on Already Booked, which takes you to the page from the old site. Enter your information (you will need your booking number) and you will be able to get into your reservation.

Then, when you leave, LOG OUT.

Wow, no reason to get snippy. I don’t spend a ton of time on here and didn’t realize it has been covered before. I had done everything you suggested with the exception of calling, before I even posted, as I am pretty internet savvy. I didn’t realize I had to call to checkin online. I guess that isn’t really online. Or a time saver over doing it at the port.

  4. Good evening! Trying to do online checkin tonight, since we are now within 90 days and keep getting this message: The requested reservation is currently being modified. Please try again at a later time. I get this message no matter what browser or whether I try on the old or new website. Anyone have a clue what this means? Thanks in advance.

  5. Personally that sounds way too early to me. I think 10:30 or 11 is the earliest I would try for. For an 8:30 flight, you would need to be at the airport by 7. That’s pretty unlikely with Customs etc.

  6. We will be flying from PDX (Portland, Oregon) to SJU (San Juan) the first week in April....and was wondering what a good price for airfare is.....does $687 RT sound like a deal? Or should I wait until the Fall to get flights......any advice would be appreciated, Thanks.

We are in the same corner of the country (Seattle area) and find that $600-$700 round trip is about as cheap as you can get unless you are able to get a Southwest flight on dates that fit your schedule. Then maybe $550. Good luck! We got really lucky this year and were able to book first class on points through Alaska Air (partner with AA).

  7. We are on the same cruise! Our flight is at noon, and I didn't think twice about booking it. I would say 11:30 would be fine. We've done multiple cruises out of San Juan and anything after about 11 I consider "safe" as long as you are organized. Taxis are plentiful and it doesn't take long to get to the airport. You'll want to make sure you put your bags through agricultural inspection when you first get to the airport, otherwise they'll turn you around at the checkin counter to go back and do it.
