I just got home from our Aug 8th Cruise! I am sorry that I could not get on to answer anyones questions... but I am back and will continue to check this Live Feed if there are any more questions I would be happy to answer them!.
We had a great time and felt very safe... I did not hear of any outbreak on our ship and the passengers and staff were all happy to be cruising again.

so this is probably why you take your passport with you -even if it's a close loop cruise... hope the person will be ok... sending best wishes to the passenger and his/her family

I noticed they no longer have a vegetarian option on the menu's for the main dish. Anyone know if they have a separate menu available?

I have never done the Chef's table, I think my husband would love it! But I have been hesitant because I am vegetarian - not sure if they can include vegetarian meals in the dinner...Anyone know?

Wine makers table dinner that was on the Regal. I'm sure I have the menu somewhere I just have to dig for it which I could do later if needed. There was an ahi tuna poke there was an Ajit on a pokey. Delicious amazing white bean soup. Then we had amazing gnocchi. The main dish which was the piece of resistance, filet mignon with Pate which is to die for on top. Finishing up with scrumptious little dessert. There was pairings of drinks to go along with a meal like we started off with champagne and we had a white wine a red wine and then they end with a dessert wine. Reminder to all those who might ask this is a $40 per person dinner and you have to inquire about it to get your name on the list.
Also please be aware if you have done a chef's table before don't be trying to try it again because every chef prepares a completely different dinner because I have photos from mine and in comparison to last week's Cruise whole different ballpark which makes the dining experience obviously that much more exciting every time.

As long as there are some options I am fine! Thanks for responding

question: just looked at the menu posted above and did not see the regular vegetarian option, is that gone? Will I have to ask for a different menu?

not sure if this has been asked but is there a Crooners on Board? I see it by the casino, hopefully it's on this ship - our favorite place to hang before dinner

So is Princess now doing 2 formal nights for a seven day cruise? I thought it was always 1 and if you didn't want to go, you could just go to the buffet or order room service.
On 7 day cruises it has always been 2 formal nights.

Wishing all of you folks on this first cruise a great and healthy trip!!! We are on the Aug 8th cruise... if anyone flew in from Burbank, can you tell me how long the lines were? Our flight is at 7AM on the 8th.. wondering if we should go 3 hours early due to shortage of airport staff....
Thanks in advance... and post pics if you have time!

My husband and I took a Christmas Market Cruise on the Viking Ship, 160 passengers, great service, great food and wonderful excursions. We have been on 3 river cruises and 25 Ocean Cruises. We like both - River Cruising is active since you go from town to town and get off and walk around all the tours and can really take in the ports..
I noted that your age is 41 and if you are planning to take kids on a riverboat, I would recommend against it - there really is nothing for young children on the ship. Have really not seen any kids on the ships.. I would take a teenager, would be a good experience.. but this is just my opinion.
Try it, I bet if you like History and meeting interesting people you will enjoy it....

We love to travel and if no one speaks English, so what? We have fun anyway and like to immerse ourselves into the different cultures. I love going to different countries and trying new foods and listening to new languages. That is the reason we travel.... We have traveled numerous times to Asia - not on a cruise and loved the experience. I can't imagine it being any different on a ship filled with different nationalities...
