We are on a CENTURY cruise to Alaska. Our ship arrives back in Vancouver at 7am. What time do they want you out of the cabin on that morning and when is the latest time you can leave the ship?

I have read that entrance to the CANNERY MUSEUM at Icy Strait Point is free. Is the HISTORICAL CANNERY TOUR within the museum free as well or is there a charge?

We will be on the CENTURY for an Alaskan cruise in August. We will tender at Icy Strait Point. Do we have to get an advanced ticket to reserve a tender time for that stop or is it just first-come-first-served? If you do have to get a ticket, where do you get it?

My family of four will be arriving on the Celebrity cruise ship “Century” in August. We have heard about the Huna Tlinglit Dancers who perform at the Native Heritage Theatre Centre at Icy Strait Point. Do you have to book an onshore excursion to see them or can you just walk over to the Theatre Centre to see the show? Does anyone know the times of the show or the cost of the performance? We tried to e-mail Icy Strait Point directly but received no reply. Thanks for your help.

Good news for those arriving by Ferry at the West harbour or for those cruise passengers arriving at LMA (Melkki) Quay at West Harbour. I received an e-mail from the Helsinki Regional Transport Authority (HSL) which stated that "Tram line 9 will be extended to West Harbour (Länsisatama) on 13th August 2012. This tram will replace bus 15A. This tram will run every 10 minutes, connecting West Harbour to the Central Railway Station."

I have read somewhere that there may be a NEW Tram that will travel from West harbour (Lansiterminaali) to downtown Helsinki? Have you heard anything about this? Have they suggested the route? Any future date as to when it may be in place? Will it replace or compliment the 15A bus that goes to the Main Railway station? Thanks for your help.

Is it difficult to change trains at Rostock? This July, our cruise ship (Celebrity Eclipse) arrives at the Warnemunde Cruise Terminal. We will walk to the train station in Warnemunde and take the train to Rostock. We need to change trains at Rostock for Lubeck. Is the Rostock station a big station? Is it difficult to switch from the train from Warnemunde to the train to Lubeck? We cannot read German.

Thank you for your advice Anni. We have been able to change our plans and we can now stay longer in Lubeck. Our cruise ship docks in Warnemunde at 9am and we leave Warnemunde at midnight that evening. I think with the train travel to/from Warnemunde/Lubeck that should give us 6 hours in Lubeck. What route/itinerary do you think we should take in Lubeck to get a "flavour" of the city? Thanks for your help.

Our family of four will be visiting Lubeck next July. Our cruise ship docks in Warnemunde and we will take the train to Lubeck. Unfortunately, we only have 4 hours to spend in Lubeck. We arrive at 1pm and have to leave on the 5pm train back to Warnemunde. What route/itinerary do you think we should take to get a "flavour" of Lubeck? Thanks for your help.
