Are there any independant tour guides that go to Phantasea Tropical Botanical Gardens in St.Thomas or The St. Peter Great House & Botanical Gardens?

We generally love balcony cruises, but had a cruise certificate to use and realized we are in cabin 1298. We have cruised many lines and tend to cruise balcony. We did an inside only once and felt it was quiet and we slept well...My husband is an early riser and loves the balcony. Anyways. Has anyone cruised Magic in the lower level inside and in that range of the ship. Any advice for my husband and myself on how to locate each other if he needs to leave without me. Any commication devices recommended for keeping track of each other on this large ship?

Whats included in the Thermal Spas?
Thanks

My husband and I were on the very large ship Oasis...Deck 8 I believe which had a park. They had complimentary eatery that offered hot sandwiches, panini, salads, desserts...it was delicious. Does Getaway offer a location like this...it was delicious,
Sorry, I mean't the Equinox. We are sailing the Getaway the week after our Equinox cruise. Im also going to try and find nice sandwich and salad complimentary areas to dine on Getaway as well.
Thank you.

We are booked for Maya Chan..never been there. Setting us up with the Taco Palapa...has anyone tried this area? In the buffet area a few rows back. Supposedly where they bring the ships crew for decent internet. Beach chairs also located near beach. It does look like an enjoyable stay for the day. Has anyone tried the fish on the buffet?

Equinox is an S class ship.
Some like to come early and be among the first to eat the Concierge class lunch, around 11:30. Others skip the lunch and come once the staterooms are ready, around 1:30
Thank you....

Just a bit of clarification. You can choose to go to the Concierge luncheon in the MDR from 11:30 until 1:00 or go to the OVC, Aqua Spa Café, or Mast Grill as options that are free. We've arrived at the port as early as 10:30 AM.
Since, from your expanded signature it doesn't appear that you've sailed an S-class ship before there are a few differences. The showers have real doors instead of those pesky shower curtains, but no pull across clothes lines for hanging wet bathing suits. The OVC is laid out very differently into island stations rather than the all around layout of the M-class. Murano exists on S-class ships (yay!). There is much less drawer space in the cabins than on M-class and no drawers in the nightstands. The concierge and aqua class cabins on S-class ships are the same size as regular verandah cabins, unlike M-class, where they are larger. The over the bed cabinets on S-class ships hold 4 storage cubes (should you decide to bring them) on each side 10 1/2" x 11" x 10 1/2". These make up for the lack of drawer space. There is an electric outlet in the bathroom ceiling for low wattage appliances like electric shavers or toothbrushes unlike on M-class where there is none.
You are so thorough thank you....
I would like to befriend you.
Sincerely,
Bruce and Sue

If you are carrying bags and luggage with you, then I would plan to arrive around 1 pm. That way you can drop off your items in your room instead on carrying them around with you. You will also be able to meet your room attendant at that time. Rooms are usually ready at 1.
Thank you keesar for your information. Thought given advice.

If they come around 1 they will probably miss the Concierge Luncheon...
Thank you for helping answer my question. I like that you also mentioned missing the luncheon. Thats very caring.
Sincerely,
Sue and Bruce

If you have carry on bags or luggage with you plan on going to the Concierge Luncheon in the MDR. The maître d will take your bags and store them in a separate area of the dining room while you sit at a table and are served a leisurely lunch. By the time you're done, your rooms will probably be ready and you just take your bags and go. It's nice not to have to drag them around with you to OVC or arrive later as previously suggested.
So helpful...Thank you for your kindness. Happy Cruising.
Thank you,
Sue

What class would the Equinox be please?
And what time should Concierge plan on arriving to port?
Thank you.

Whats the difference of a balcony vs concierge class. This will be our first C3 cruise..Im not sure what to expect..I think a bottle of wine and afternoon desserts? Any difference in room steward service I should know about?
Thank you.

We are concierge too. With prepaid Gratuities. We plan on tipping our room steward but I believe the gratuities are then paid...correct?

Have never purchased a specialty dining package. What do I need to know, please?

Have a wonderful evening. What did you do today while in KEY WEST. Good weather?

Shelling...which sailing? We are going March 3rd. I ALMOST cancelled it today, because I am really afraid it might be a little too quiet for us, so I am super thankful for these updates to get me excited! Instead of cancelling I just paid in full, so we are definitely going to be on that ship!
Oh I double checked...We are going Feb 24th one week before you. Then onto the Norwegian Getaway out of Miami March 4-11th.
-
Yaaaaaa!!!!:D
-
Oh...how exciting! My hb and I are doing the same ship in March. :D
I love to see the daily planner. We will be following you and will be excited for you.

We love Mambo beach. Two story shopping on the boardwalk. Great place. Clean. Pay for chairs and to be in the beach but worth it.

Are there catamarans or beaches to spend the day off the ship? Or a bar hop like in Cozumel?
I would love a good catamaran ride....
