Can you still swap the elite mini bar for the coffee card; which is added to your medallion now.

Just did the stockperks app yesterday and it took 1 hour. Rejected password even though conformed to directions. Took 10 minutes to send email verification, then timed out. Why  should guests, especially those not comfortable with technology, have to work so hard to get a few dollars OBC. CCL is moving backward while RCL/Celebrity is moving rapidly forward.

Is anyone having issues with getting points for past cruises and the power up webinars?

I agree with Jimbo59. Having a non-refundable deposit($100 service fee) for choosing the lowest fare is not good passenger service in my opinion. The cruise fares for a 7 day cruise next spring are pretty pricey for a balcony.
