  1. Hi !

We went there , in Figueres from Barcelona , with a car rental in November 2014 . The museum is quite interesting and we spent close to 4 hours visiting the creations of this very eccentric artist , Do not miss the jewelry section of the museum . We then had lunch  in a restaurant nearby ( excellent and affordable paella ) and then took the road to visit two of the Most Beautiful villages of Andalousia : Besalu and Castelfollit de la Roca  . A very interesting and inexpensive day !

  2. I did some research for my own situation and I found that the trains between Tokyo and Yokohama do not run from midnight to about 4.30 am !

I was in Tokyo 2 years ago and I found that it has to be one of the safest places on earth after midnight if of course you stay in ''respectable'' areas !

  3. We will travel from Tokyo to Yokohama to get on the Diamond Princess next April ! We plan to take the train late morning at 10.30am after the rush hour and we have the choice since there are trains leaving every 3-15 minutes and the ride takes about 20 minutes .

There is a shuttle bus between the Yokohama Station and the passenger (cruise ) terminal every 30 minutes or so .

  4. We were in Ponte Delgada in May 2008 and at this time of the year the weather is quite unpredictable as it gets foggy and rain more than 60 % of the time .

We did not book any tour but rather took the touristical ''train'' around the city which lasted around 50 minutes for about $10 and waited for the sky to clear up ! It never did unfortunatly ! There were taxis that offered tours of the Lakes and the fumeroles for about $60 for 4 persons but we decided to decline the opportunity.

People who took the cruise tours were quite disappointed as they barely saw anything and got wet at trying to
