Since I should have got one in January on the Navigator, who should I contact to get my block?

Thanks again for the quick replies

Sorry if this is a stupid question but, Our FCC email shows money in my name and money in my wife's name (two different FCC certificate numbers on the same email for a canceled cruise) . Can they both be applied to the same future cruise? For example if I want to book a cruise for the both of us in the same cabin can I use both FCC's on that booking?

Thanks Ken, you are the best

So if I use FCC for a deposit and for some reason that cruise is canceled I get my FCC back, right?

I was told that they are processing both the refunds and FCC’s on the date that the ship was to have originally sailed and that it could be 30 days from that point.
Also if they accidentally issue you a FCC as opposed to a refund you just call and request the refund. All FCC’s issued due to Royal cancelling the sailing can be converted to a refund before December 31, 2021 as long as they have not been used
We had a May 2 cruise on the Brilliance that was fully paid. When cruise with confidence came out we canceled and were offer FCC. The cruise is now canceled. Does this mean we can ask for a refund now instead of FCC? Please advise.

We will be sailing on Majesty out of New Orleans on 25 January. As things stand, there will be no diamond event in the VCL. As I understand, 3 drinks from the “approved” alcohol list will be loaded on my card every night.
I enjoy a weekly vodka martini every Saturday and only wine other nights. Does anybody know if a vodka martini is included in the “approved” list of my 3 pre-loaded drinks?
Just off the Majesty We had a diamond lounge carved out of the VC each night. No munchies. We still had three drinks on our cards after we left the lounge.

I looked at that thread and it did not have very much on the Joy, hence my question

If anyone knows where smoking is allowed on the Joy could you share that? Not interested in debating the question on smoking, just looking for some information. Thanks in advance.

What number do you call?

One of the most level headed, unflappable posters on the site. Good job Bob

How much were they? How big are they? Picture?

It does not sound real to me.
Where is the proof ?
We need proof damn it.
I went on this same cruise and have met Karen. I can tell you she is a nice lady and would not make up a story. Laura, your comment is out of line, did you just make it to up your post count? You added nothing to the conversation.

My wife and I are both smokers and balcony snobs. We sail Celebrity and RCCL. We are gamblers as well. On Celebrity we get inside cabins and dont go to the casino. We will continue to cruise, just in inside cabins now instead of balconies. If RCCL cuts out smoking in the casino, they will lose money from us. They are not losing customers like us, just revenue from us.
