thanks for the heads up on this thread. i thought i was losing my mind trying to wrestle w/ the "new" and "enhanced" site. i'll go away and wait this one out for a while.

Just tried to log into my account. Brought to some weird pages where i had to enter in some basic info, and then when i reset pw and came up with a security question. Then when i logged in, i had no cruise history and no C&A number. I finally got that to recognize my C&A number, but my cruise history is all messed up, AND my future cruises are not recognized. Even when i put in the reservation numbers. What kind of shenanigans has anyone else experienced?

we had this cabin for our cruise 4/9-16. Never had a problem w/ soot. It IS a heavy door (not the usual balcony sliding door) and a weird shaped balcony, and there is a support beam to deal with too. we had no problems except the surface of the balcony got HOT in the afternoon, so no bare feet.

did you notice if the TVs on LOTS had outlet on them for HDMI cable, for running a laptop thru the TVs big screen?

i have a question about the "wording". I see online that they have the Ultimate Beverage Package. When i booked my cruise for this October (heavens, i don't even recall when i booked it!) i got a free "perk" for each of us in the cabin. It is called "Adult Beverage Package" on my booking. Anyone know if there is a difference between the Adult and Ultimate Beverage packages? Maybe accessibility to certain stuff?

I did a quick search and came up empty. I'm sailing in a few months with in-laws that don't have the same status as my husband and I do. The only way "around" that would be to switch our cabins from separate ones to a family cabin, is that correct? Would they still allow all of us (if we do get one cabin) to take advantage of my status? It's their first time on Royal.
