  1. these losers [rcl] have changed the points and comps to almost nothing in 18 months between my sailings. drinks was it. i played longer than b4 and got a cert. for $200 off instead of the 2 free cruises and dinner for 5 at giovannis last cruise. typical rcl, oh we are giving away to much. lets change it and they are so dumb, it will take years to figure it out. try ncl

  2. Wow again, i'm really impressed and humbled at some of the responses. I do love this old rust bucket, sewer of the seas [she really is stinky in places and because shes so old and being sold they won't fix her] the staff is great though. I will be on her again aug 19th. See you at the $10 blackjack table at noon the second day because we all now know shes closed the first night!!! What the heck... Its a free cruise anyway!

  3. Wow, and thanks? It is amazing which way a thread goes from the start. I was simply informing gamblers that since the last time i was on grandeur at christmas the policy had changed and it limited your time to build points. I did not ask or even care why but was given many answers as to why of which only one could be right so what does that say about all you busy bodies who probably don't even gamble but just have to put your 2 cents in that was wrong anyway. I do think some of the conversation was informative but the boatload of crap offered up... Who know what to believe? Believe this, if your a gambler, don't take a short cruise out of baltimore. Good day..i said good day

  4. How sad. Now you'll have to get out and enjoy the ship during those hours.

i did not go to enjoy the rest of the rust bucket, i went to gamble.they invited me. the last time i was on sewer of the seas they opened at 9pm the first night so .............. the last night, late. it would have been nice to have been informed so others could have changed their plans. that was the point of the post to let others know. i guess you thought you were making a funny? imagine that. bless your little heart.

  5. All you gamblers may want to consider rccl new policy does not open the first night on any cruise out of baltimore and closes the last night at 9pm. Really disappointed, as that is why booked it. Also noticed points reward changed. Not what you get, just how long it takes to get there, if you know what i mean. Is there a better casino reward program out there? Also, is the carnival cruise out of baltimore open the first night? Thanks

  6. Yeah, just got off the grandeur and they have slowed the boat to get out into international waters so no-none- nada ,the first night. The last night they closed at 9pm!!. This is now rccl policy. Also seemed they have changed the points system. A lot of people were upset when they found out what they had? Is the carnival ship out of balt. Also doing this? What is the best casino rewards program out there? Thanks

  7. No, Paul is not the Casino Host. Kaia is the host and she's outstanding! She had more energy and exuded more excitement than any Casino Host I've sailed with recently.

thank you, paul gave me 2 cruises a huge stack of free drink cards and i don't mean pepsi, and dinner for 5 at giovanni's so i was hoping. lets hope kaia is as kind!

  8. my 2 cents, a year ago christmas cruise 8 night out of balt on grandeur playing 2 hands @10-20 per. pretty much every hr they were open i was up 2k. out of the blue the host asks for my card, puts a sticker on it for free drinks. i told him i did not drink alcohol but i would drink frozen drinks and thank! then he leans over and tells me since i don't drink he'd like to send me .And my family of 3 to giovannis for dinner. holy crap i was just sittin there on my stool minding my own business and bamm! then he hands me 2 certificates for free cruises! then next they had a drawing for a diamond pendant and drew my ticket! then they had a high rollers roulette tourney. never played before, all these real high rollers were spreading their chips around and i just piled em on my wifes bday #s and it hit and it was over in 2 rounds! best cruise ever. then we went to gio's on last night and because it was, it was like a filet mignon and grilled scallop all you can eat buffet because they could not carry it over. club royale. thank you! i said all that to say this. those free vouchers exp long ago but they kept sending me lists of free cruises i could take, and finally i can go back to baltimore 5 day to burmuda for my 36th wedding anniversary [to the same woman!] should i call ahead to ask for perks or just let my host onboard? thanks for your help
