  1. Hello All!

I currently received offers for a Premier Cruise, an Ultra Cruise, and an Elite Cruise.  The Premier and Ultra offers came with the same amount in FunPlay.  The Elite offer comes with less FunPlay.

I'm having difficulty understanding the difference between the three.  I've been on a Premier and Ultra cruise before, but not an Elite.

Need some guidance here!  Any info is most welcome!

  2. Hello All,

I’m hoping you can help me. My family will arrive in Havana at the end of the month on Carnival.

We are all Canadian citizens travelling on Canadian passports.

Do we require a VISA. Canadians do not need a VISA to visit Cuba, but the cruise line said this is mandatory.

Does anyone know for sure. I called the cruise line several times and they don’t really seem to know.

    Thanks!

  3. Hello All!

My family is sailing to Cuba later this month from Tampa. Canadian do not require a VISA for Cuba. When I called Carnival, they told me that we would be charged $75 per person for a VISA. I told the agent I was Canadian, she got completely confused and said the VISA was mandatory. I called again, but I could not get a clear answer. Anyone one there know the answer to this or whom to contact for a direct answer.

    Thanks!

  4. When I spoke to NCL customer service, the rep told me that they would not charge for overweight bags. She said once the bags can go through the scanner, it should not be a problem.

I really cannot see NCL enforcing this, so I don't think it would be too much of a problem :)
