I have used Charlie Car Rental on a few of my land based trips to San Juan. Not bad. Their website mentions free shuttle drop off to cruise pier from the Condado office.

I cannot believe the media doesn't have this broadcasted ! This is a lot more interesting than politics!

When the Brilliance of the Seas encountered heavy seas off of Egypt in December, 2010, Royal Caribbean handled the incident quiet well. Captain Bill Wright (Senior VP Marine Ops) was on You Tube talking about the event soon after it happened, then flew to the Mediterranean to the ship. Let's see how this event is handled. Bill Wright left Royal several years ago, as did many experienced members of the Marine Operations section.

There is a lovely, interesting older couple on board, who are ALWAYS "dressed to the nines". Even in the Windjammer.

The matching couple were on the Explorer back in January 2011. They are a hoot!!! I hope I have half the amount of energy they have when I reach their age.

Just saw this article from Jim Walker's Cruise Law News. Looks like Allure of the Seas is heading to dry dock week of February 24, 2014 in the Bahamas. Visit to dry dock is to repair one of the propulsion pods.
