We will be arriving in Rotterdam in early Oct. and would like to go to Amsterdam for a Tour and sightseeing. There is a group of us.
Any suggestions what we should see or any ideas who to book with.

There is also a train which runs into Edinburgh, that's how we went in last fall. Very easy and reasonable.

Rick & Jeannie,

Will be there in July.

I cancelled an upcoming cruise on April 20, and received the deposit refund on June 8, 7 weeks.

Did you see that Windstar has cancelled all savings until June including Tahiti? I just got the flights home from PPT with UA award miles for a good discount off of what they had been going for, 45K each.
I wonder where Regatta will go now? Surely the ship has to come back to the US at some time.
Regatta is heading to Hawaii, we were on the March 5 cruise, and staff had just been told.

We are two weeks out for our Tahiti cruise and received an offer, we are in a Cat. C2, and were offered a Concierge Veranda for $950 per person, less than half the original price but still to much for me.
Today the offer was $600/person, our travel agent called and we got it cheaper, booked and quite excited!

We are looking to rent a car from Avis when we arrive on our Oceania cruise in early March. I want to pre-book online and not sure where the best location to pick up the car. I am not even sure where we will tender? Any advice would be helpful, I think the Intercontinental hotel would be the closet, but not sure.

I am interested in renting a car when we get to Moorea, and not sure where we port or where we would pick up the car.

We are also looking for something to do in Raiatea, we are not strong snorkelers, is there something you can recommend to do. Sounds like Tahaa is beautiful, are there other tours that take you out on the water?

It's interesting the different perspectives we all have. Temarama did the same tour and we found it just ok but worthwhile. But all we like to do is be in the water snorkeling so we're probably prejudiced against sightseeing. Were you referring to the archeological ruins, Hikokua? Not familiar with Hiatihe'u. Our cruise did offer the same tour via 4x4 just for a lot more $. Good to hear that you enjoyed your tour 🙂
Thanks Petoonya, still not sure what we will do, we also may just go for a walk.

It is a stunning island...if one gets beyond the small harbor area. Nuku-HivaTours out of Yacht Services Office is about the only game in town for a good Tour; they have a Web-site. Then it's 'Up and Over' a mountain ridge to visit the Archeologic Ruins near HIATIHE'U. etc. Lunch afterwards at Yvonne's nearby is almost obligatory for lotsa people's 'Bucket List'. Cruise lines don't offer it because it involves JEEP or LandRover 4WD's to get there...thus they can't be bothered methinks. One of my favorite places on the Planet.
thanks something to look into, still not sure what we will do!

We will be in Nuku Hiva in March of this year on an Oceania cruise.
Looking for any suggestions of things to do, is there much to see at the port?
-
thanks for all the responses we have booked the Hilton and are very excited.

We will be cruising the South Pacific March 2020 and are looking at staying in the over-the water-bungalows, prior to our cruise, perhaps at the Hilton or Maneva in Moorea.
Was hoping for some feedback on these two hotels or others you would recommend.

Hello,
When we cruised and stoped in Kusadasi we hired KSG tours, they were great. we did have our own group and filled the van, our guide Tanner was fabulous, it was the best ruins by far, an absolute must!

We are a group of 8 and would like to book a private transfer to hotel, and then port to airport when we return.
Can anyone recommend a company in Barcelona?

We are coming back to Ft. Lauderdale on a Sunday then driving back to Orlando to stay, is there something we should see or do in Ft. Lauderdale before we head out. I have heard alot about the water taxi, is there somewhere we could park our car and do a tour or something else you could recommend.
thanks,
Lori
