  1. If you are okay with a private excursion we booked ours with King David. We have gone with him twice when we have been in Belize. You can find him on Trip Advisor. He goes out of his way to make sure you have a unique experience. We did the howler monkeys excursion, zoo, ruins and river tubing. All of them were great. He also brought us to a local restaurant for lunch and took us to their fruit/vegetable market. The howler monkey experience was so different than anything else we have ever done--highly recommend for a unique excursion. He will customize your tour for the day. Highly recommend him!

We are traveling with my In Laws and ML does not get around to swiftly. Would the zoo and ruins tour be ok?

  2. You can reserve the clam shell in your excursion manager. It runs about $50 for 2 people and is called RELAX ON THE BEACH PACKAGE. They also have packages that can include a kayak rental or snorkel rental-but those are higher.

The clam shells are rented until they sell out, and first off the boat=first claim to the clam shells.

Hope this link from carnival works for you to see what it is:

Any idea if we can share the Kayak rental and snorkel package? Not sure if I have 4 that would use it, but do have at least 3 that would us it. If we can share I see no reason to buy 2, especially if we get a cabana also

  3. Where did you rent the golf carts? Would like to rent them and tour the island and then end back up in port to enjoy a few beers before getting back on the ship

    Ports

Amber Cove - disappointed that there was no beach access on property.

Zip line was worth it, especially if you ride it more than once. It's $20 adults $10 kids and can ride all day.

Pool was nice and had a DJ. Plenty of lounge chairs.

St Thomas - did zip line tour with Tree Limin. Excellent time. Memorable views looked into doing it privately but worked out cheaper with Carnival bc of cost of own taxi. Just wished Carnival allowed you to pick ur own time instead of picking for you.

San Juan - visited fort just north of port then took a taxi ($20 for 8 people) to Laguna Del Condada where we paddleboarded. $20 for an hour. Also nice calm beach there to enjoy after.

Grand Turk. Rented golf carts and explored the island. Took our snorkel gear and found a couple great beaches. Best advice - if a beach u find is too windy/rough, go to the other side of the island and it will be calm like bath water. Easy to do on an island this small. One of the most beautiful places I have visited.
