I had the same problem for months. Every user ID was taken no matter what I tried, until I remembered we used to have Allstate insurance years ago. I tried that old user ID and password and it worked. Hope you get it figured out!

Thank you so much.  After straining my brain to remember my email from a lifetime ago I was able to retrieve my username and get logged in,  now to get the drive wise app set up

Are you either a current or former customer of Allstate?  If you ever had an internet account with them it could be causing interference.

I did have Allstate at one time.  Can't remember if I had an internet account but this may be the problem.  Any ideas on how to work around this>

I have this exact same situation and wonder the same thing.

I received $200 OBC for Mardi Gras not being ready for TA cruise.  I rebooked an Alaskan cruise and the $200 did transfer.  That was cancelled so I rebooked an Aug cruise and the $200 did transfer along with $600 OBC.  Now have another cruise booked (booked before Aug cancelled) which the FCC was transferred to along with $600 OBC.  TA submitted paperwork to have the $200 from Mardi Gras applied.  Waiting for it to show

Not sure what you are calling a administrative fee? Shof is talking about the penalty charged if you cancel. No idea what OP is calling a admin fee since she doesnt say.

There is no fee to upgrade or shouldnt be. Did you cancel one casino rate, and rebook another? Did you call in and they said this is the cost to upgrade? I cant think of why there would be a admin fee other than the cost to upgrade.

I was under the same casino rate but wanted to change from a cove balcony to a premium balcony.  I was told it would cost $100 admin fee.  The admin fee shows on my booking.  Was considering changing to a Havana Balcony but not if I have to pay another $100 in addition to the price increase

Sounds like you dont have an email on file for that specific booking.

As far as I know I do, I have my email in my profile and when I talked to PVP he confirmed it was the correct one.  He said maybe the email just hadn't hit yet.   No problem, I've been thru enough cancellations I knew what to do.  Wish I would get the promo emails tho....

depending on how you book, most emails about cancel cruises is sometimes sent to your TA and your TA then has to pass the message to you

First cruise was a rebooked from TA cruise, then rebooked again from SF Alaska cruise.  I did go thru big box for that one

Second one I booked myself online, but just a couple days ago I contacted a PVP

Maybe those are the reasons for no email for cancellation but still doesn't explain lack of email offers....

    Such a puzzle

Have you checked your spam box?

Yes, I have checked multiple times.  My friend who cruises with me keeps sending me copies of the email he receives asking if I got it also. I never have

  8. I was on the 1 Aug and 8 Aug cruises and never received the cancellation emails.

Thinking about it I have NEVER received any promotion emails or any other type of emails from Carnival.

I have my correct email address on my profile and have checked

SEND NEWS & OFFERS TO MY EMAIL ADDRESS

What have I maybe done wrong and how to fix it?

    Thanks

  9. My cruise was cancelled also.  Alaskan out of San Francisco.  All cruises out of San Francisco are cancelled thru 2020 per Carnival website.  Is the 100% FCC from what you have paid or what the cruise was booked for?

The Alaskan cruise was booked after our transatlantic cruise on the Mardi Gras was cancelled.  Can we use the 25% FCC from that cruise along with the 100% from Alaskan cruise?

Also, is the OBC transferable from cancelled TA also?

    Thanks

My tickets had a cancellation fee of $75CAD each. I had 3 one-way tickets there and 3 home, so a total of 6 tickets. I cancelled the tickets and sent the cancellation receipts to Carnvial. They responded that they couldn't see the original itineraries so I'd have to resubmit. I resubmitted on Monday with the documentation that showed the original bookings. Given that he last turnaround was about a week, I should see something on Monday or Tuesday.

You might want to change your tickets to somewhere you do want to travel to, even non-refundable tickets can often be changed for a fee. Any unused value in cost difference, you might be able to retain for another flight.

If you flat-out can't change them and won't use them, then you can cross your fingers that your airline changes it's schedule. United, for example, will give you a full refund, even on non-refundable tickets, if the departure or arrival changes more than 2 hours, and you don't want an alternative flight. Even for changes of 30 minutes to two hours, they will consider a refund if you can convince them that the new times don't work for some reason. I've used this to get a refund on a non-refundable ticket then rebook at a lower rate. With nearly a year before your flights, there's ample time for a beneficial schedule change.

Where do you send the information to?  I called Carnival and they said to email to "airreimbursment@carnival.com". Got it back as undeliverable.  Not sure if I misspelled or missed something.  Any help would be appreciated

  11. I am doing my first B2B in December. I will be in the same cabin. The person coming with me will only be on for the first half (5 days), second half (4 days) I will be alone in the cabin but friends will be coming on board to stay in the cabin next to me. Once question I had was do you have to notify Carnival ahead of time that you will be doing a B2B?

    Thanks

  12. As an FYI, if you email shoreexcursions@carnival.com, you will get an email stating they have had a lot of FTTF requests. You should then be notified when more spots become ope for your sailing. I emailed them this morning, and about an hour or so later, I had the email stating spots were opening up. Be sure to include your sail date, and your ship.

Thanks so much for sharing this email address. I sent an email and received an answer back within 30 min saying they were able to open up a few more. I went right to the web site and was able to get FTTF for my friends who are sailing with us.
