On my last 4 Anthem's cruises we've had medical emergencies and evacuation. 2 were Coast Guard Medivacs, one was dropped off in Bermuda and the other instance was in Halifax.
Here's a more recent medical experience on the Anthem.
Had a Coast Guard Evacuation on the Anthem a couple of days ago.
We are 2 for 2 on the Anthem.

That is what I have been doing for my June 6th Anthem cruise but I haven't been able to locate who is coming. I've eliminated all the ones that have been posted above except for Pandora's Box.
Posted in the roll call.

Some have reported that it doesn't.
If it’s an Apple device, it should. You just need to set the filter to “iPhone only” instead of “iPad only” to find it.
all iPhone apps work on an iPad.

For an upcoming cruise, no FNDR, but there was a BOGO specialty dining offer, that made the cost very similar to FNDR. So for $35 pp, we get 2 nights specialty dining. Very good deal as well.
Currently on the Anthem, it’s $50. It’s on the verge of being not worth it.

For anyone who is curious about the different stateroom categories here is a link to a helpful chart.

Nice! What is the chart on the right side of the pages?

How so?
It clearly shows that on BecciBoo's Picture
"Please keep the veranda door closed."
So are you saying that their made a sign for every balcony with fake news.
It says “For YOUR comfort”, does not mention the comfort of others.
i think the operative phrase on that label is really “and it saves energy”.

Assuming prices have not risen. Right now the non refundable prices on all our bookings are more than the refundable price that we have booked
That is true, you have to price it out. Last April, there was a price drop a week before final payment date. It wasn’t a lot, but the price drop and going from refundable to non refundable saved us about $500. Our current reservation in June has no rooms left in our category. That option is not there for us this time.
Its a tool you you can use if the conditions are right.

Another trick is to change to a non refundable rate a couple of days before final payment date.

I would think if you called InsureMyTrip.com at 800-487-4722, they would be able to give you accurate information.
Let us know your results.

I seem to remember two--one in the afternoon and another early evening
Thanks, I actually found my programs from my April cruise. Yes, they were 6:30 and 8:30. I needed to know for our June cruise.

For the people that use the travel routers, what mode do you use?
-
Do you remember if there were two welcome aboard shows?
-
Don’t miss the first show in 270 where they demo the capabilities of the theater.

Having done the Norwegian Bliss and the Anthem...... the Anthem hands down.
My son has been on Carnival, Disney, and the Anthem and the Anthem is his (and my) favorite ship out of the NYC area.

I totally understand some companies obsession with the “anything other than a 10 is unacceptable” as they do want the customer to have an exceptional experience. Unfortunately, as others have pointed out it is unreasonable to penalize someone because people’s ratings are not determined in a consistent way.
only one time was the request for high marks really over the top. On DCL the waiter proclaimed on the first night that he strived to provide “excellent service”. I believe he repeated this at the beginning and possibly the end of every dinner service. I believe on the last night that “excellent service” was equated to a 10 on the survey.
The service was good and probably deserved a 10, but the daily reminders really turned us off.

On our last sailing on the Anthem, the cruise director asked how many people saw “The Gift”. Many people raised their hands. She then asked how many people understood it, and almost nobody raised their hands. Saying it was all explained in the first 5 minutes may be true, but most of the people that saw it didn’t “get it”, and the CD highlighting that fact shows it’s not an isolated incident.

Did anybody that saw “The Gift” understand what it was about?

VOOM SURF Voyage Package - 1 Device $10.95 per day
What about my D+ discount?
Those are two different packages. VOOM surf is slower.

Generally I would not expect a scammer could get your credit card number and use it twice in 15 minutes. They don’t get credit cards in real time. They grap them in the middle of the night and then use them. I would expect it to take several days.

I think the comment by Marion Mom was intended to be humorous - desert versus dessert .

Was it dry?
Honestly, I don’t remember that it was, but I was so full at that time I don’t remember much of the desert except the beautiful presentation.
i am a picky eater and did not look forward to eating there, but went for my son. Once we got past the appetizers, the pork belly was great, the beef dish was wonderful, and the chicken was easily one of the best pieces of chicken we’ve had in our life.
our meal at Chops was just OK. When we think about the upcoming cruise, we are looking more forward to taking the wife and daughter to Wonderland than Chops.

My son and I didn’t care for the appetizers, the entree were “to die for”,and the desert was cool.
RCL Stock

While that is generally true, from an creditors point of view, who wants to repossess 62 ships? What are they going ro do with that asset? Cruising will definitely come back, there is a lot of pent up demand. What makes more sense, take a bath on some interest, or have to deal with assets where you would get pennies on the dollar?
I told my 20 year old son who bought a couple of cruise stocks (and more than doubled his money so far) that the stock market moves are purely emotional. There is absolutely no reason for the stocks to be at this level based on the fact that they are hemorrhaging money like mad. The stock price doesn’t match their financials situation but people believe they will come back so the price goes up. It’s all emotion. If there are more people that want to buy the stock than want to sell, the price goes up and vice versa.
And yes, my son knows he could lose his money at any time.
