I would really appreciate some assistance here.
DH and I are going to book a Canada/New England cruise for end September 2010.
I am OK for evening wear but what should be packing for day wear?
Thanks in anticipation of your responses.

On our 3 Royal Caribbean cruises we've had Bobbi Brown twice and John Blair once. Bobbi was great, so he get my vote. John was a nationalist who really couldn't give two figs for anyone else, other than the Americans, onboard. Now, there's no-one more proud of their Nation than myself and I don't for a minute think there is anything wrong with being a nationalist but in his position he alienated almost every other nationality on the ship. It was commented on a few times during the course of the cruise and not only by non-American guests.

Thanks for all the replies and suggestions. It was quite a serious matter that I was writing about so I wanted to send it to Head Office. I've emailed the UK office and asked them if they can help.

Just a sidenote, I'm guessing you're looking for customer service?
If you do send something like this in, you might want to send it registered. At least you'll know if they've recieved it.
Yeah, didn't really think of that at the time. I just wanted to get a letter off to them. Should have sent it International Recorded. This is why I'm now looking for the email address so I can send a copy that way.
Thanks very much

I would be grateful if anyone could help me.
I sent a letter to Royal Caribbean's Head Office in Miami a few weeks ago and to date have not had a reply.
I can't find an email address for Head Office anywhere and was wondering if anyone knows it or can point me in the right direction.
I want to attach a copy of my original letter (which is long) so don't want to fill out the little form you get when you log into the web site.
Any help would be appreciated.

We would love to hear about the balconies on the 10th deck, esp the ones on the hump midship. :confused:Please details wanted! :p
Thanks so much!
Hi
Can't help you regarding the ones on the hump but we've stayed in two Junior Suites on deck 10 of the Jewel. 1576 was a great suite but 1584 had a lot of overhead noise due to the fact it was directly under the Windjammer - each morning while they were setting up we were woken by the noise of trollies overhead.
We complained the first couple of mornings but they didn't have any other suite of the same catagory (or higher) available to move us to. We were offered a move to deck 2 interior but we'd paid for the junior suite and figured we'd just put up with it.
They did change the way they set up in the mornings and after a few days the noise wasn't as bad. We thought that was an end to it. However, on the last night of the cruise we got a call to ask if we would accept £500 compensation as they were aware that it had been particularly noisey during the first few days of the trip. We duly accepted and are using the vouchers for our Easter B2B trip on the Vision. We were also given a complimentary meal in Chops with a very nice bottle of wine.

Thanks for the replies. We are looking for a cruise which sails around 15th September (we like to be onboard for our wedding anniversary which is on the 18th).
