  1. I was wondering if there is some way of doing this on our own. While cruise ship excursion price is reasonable 69$ including lunch, I just dislike having the time constraint. I read somewhere that once you walk off the ship there are vendors offering it there? Just wondering if anyone has any info on this.

    Thanks

  2. Im trying to plan as well and having the same issue for my December bliss sailing. Only Jersey boys is available to book but others show up. Does anyone know what time these shows are in the evenings, I would like to book a few specialty restaurants but don't want to overlap with show times.

    Thanks

  3. Hi,

Planning a cruise to Bermuda June 2020 on the Encore. I am so confused by minisuites sizes and reading up on covered vs uncovered balconies. There are 4 of us 2 adults 2 teens and while we love the balcony I rather the space in the room. Any thoughts on what cabin #s are lager minisuites in the actual room.

I appreciate any help, thanks in advance.

  4. We chose the 4 free specialty dining incentive when booking. It only covers 2 of us not our 2 kids ages 9 and 13. Can they order off kids menu or is it discounted if they order off say Cagneys menu? Can the 13 year old who has a hartier appetite order a appetizer from menu and then kids meal. I know we would have to pay for appetizer just wondering if it's an option?

  5. We never got to do the escape room. There were some issues booking it when we got onboard. They royal iq app did not have it listed. I was told to go to seaplex and they had no idea about how to book it. Hopefully it will show up in royal iq app for you and you can book it that way. Do it asap as it books up fast due to limited availability. If not go to guest services they can do it for you.

  6. Yes it was an ncl rep that said extra surcharge items are not covered on the udp. She also said only cagneys and le bistro had extra charge items. Thanks for clarifying that is good to know. Do we get 20% off in places like Carlos bakery or Shanghai?

  7. Hi everyone. We are going on the breakaway to Bermuda and are starting to think about booking shows/ specialty dinners online. How does this work, do we get tickets in our cabin? Do the shows sell out, in the past on other ships we just showed up at the theatre and found seats. Is it different on the breakaway? We purchased the UDP so dinners I think will be on the card, right? Also we have other family members in a different cabin, what is the best way to reserve a table for all of us? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks Loretta

  8. When I go into my reservation online it comes up at 99$ to buy the ultimate dining. Not sure if it is a sale or that is the 20$ savings for being platinum latitudes. I have read we get 20$ savings on dining plan since we get a free le bistro dinner as a platinum perk.

  9. Thanks for your reply. Does anyone recommend getting the dining for kids? I was going to let them order off kids menu in the specialty restaurants. I ask so heard the cover charge for them is half price. Can anyone elaborate who has experience eating in specialty restaurants with kids? Thanks

  10. My hubbie and 2 kids 10 and 6 just booked the breakaway to Bermuda. We leave in 3 weeks and have a mini suite on deck 9. Any recommendations for things not to be missed? Also we are thinking of purchasing the dining plan. It is on sale for 99$, we are latitude members do we get an extra 20$ off? Also is the cirque show free the first night with dining plan?

    Thanks
