Independence of the Seas Feb 23 2019 canceled. They handled it great, gave me good options and a quick response. I wanted to get out of that one anyway!!

RCL is really good about it. Last year I checked the box for dietary restrictions when I filled out our info, when I got to my cabin the first day there was a note asking me to contact the dining room to go over my needs/restrictions.

Very well done by RCL....did I mention that I'm sailing again in 3 days!!!!...lol

Yes they have lockers.....and Blue Lagoon is a very safe place to hang out....we've been to Nassau several times...it's a fun place and we've always felt safe everywhere we've gone

We are sailing with RCL 0n 3/6/17 and IF they have there summer 2018 sailings available for booking is there a true advantage to booking while on board? I already get ALL the deal notices from RCL almost daily and consider myself well informed, just wondering if there is something better about doing it while on board?

most of the stuff at Blue lagoon is nice my kids loved the place

my teenagers did it last year.....the water was choppy and murky didn't see much....they were disappointed

any idea when RCL will post their Europe Summer 2018 sailings?

I'm thinking cab to there from the ship, then walk to the fish fry then walk to the ship...is that realistic?

Look at RCL Enchantment of the Sea instead......Nassau, Coco Cay, Key West.....I've been on the majesty twice loved it(except when our room was over the nightclub)

they pick you up right outside the docking area on Woodes Rogers Walk

yup confirmed that with a cruise consultant.... unfortunately they won't let me book a cabin for 3 people with only a $100 deposit they are insisting on $300.....NCL just let me book an aft cabin that fits 4 for only $100....

They don't show 9704 or 9404 as being available for 3 people.....anyone know if they'll put a 3rd person on a couch.....FYI he's 20 and can handle a couch

I find RCL and NCL food to be very similar..

Coco Cay and Great Stirrup Cay are right next to each other(less than a mile apart)

I just picked the Majesty based on a better deal $$$.....

I stayed at 'The Gale' 2 years ago and loved it....it's on the north end of the main action but is walking distance to the Lincoln Mall(dozens of outdoor eateries) in 3 weeks I'll be staying at "The Hotel at South Beach"....looks like it is in the center of South beach....both hotels were right at $200 night via Booking.com

Coming back to Nassau for the third time, very happy to see Scuba girl is still passing along great information. I'll be signing up for tour!!!

Last Year we stayed at 'The Gale' very nice it was off season so the price was right and we'd recommend it...this year we are at "The hotel of South Beach" it's close to the center of South Beach....got a good price thru hotel.com....
