There are a ton of hotels. However, many near MCO will not have too many amenities with all of the restaurants around. My recommendation is to look at what you want to do that evening (dinner, drinks, etc). Find a hotel within walking distance and choose it. There are tons of hotels with places right next door. We arrive at 10PM and expect to be at our hotel at 11PM. I wanted a place with a bar open that late. There was only one place I could find and it was Hooters. I know the hotels right there and they are nice. We chose in that little area because I could stay for free, walk to Hooters which is open late, free breakfast, and a short walk to Walgreens if we need any last minute things before our ride picks us up.
You are also getting in early enough to make the run to PC. There is not a drastic price difference in the hotels right now for 12/08. If it were me, I would go to PC in that case the night before. It is only worth staying near MCO if the price is drastically less and/or you are getting in late at night.

Almost all have airport shuttles and the port shuttles (Cortrans, Cruise Control) pick up at them. Our favorite for a longer stay is the Marriott but for one night we are staying at the Fairfield Inn with complementary breakfast.

We will be arriving in Orlando around 6:00pm (12/8/21) the evening before the cruise. Our plan is to stay in Orlando and get a shuttle to the port the next morning. Can anyone recommend a hotel not too far from the airport. Don't really want to stay at the airport. Our plan is to check in and then find somewhere nearby to eat.

Does anyone know if there is a separate waiting room for Haven guests at the Pan American In San Juan

When I have cruised in the past in the Haven, we were offered lunch at no charge in the Margaritaville Restaurant on the first day. We will be sailing on the Epic in March and was wondering if they have any offering like this one. I know they don't have a Margaritaville.

Does anyone know if I can take my room partner along with me for the Behind the Scenes

I have not received anything yet. Not sure what we will do with our luggage

I had my TA upgrad me from a Penthouse to a 2 bedroom when the price went down. Then later when the price went down again I wanted to upgrade again, however, NCL said we could only get one upgrade

We are booked in the Haven on 9/8. When we booked we had the offer of 3rd and 4th person free. We did not take the offer. We now have someone that wants to come with us. Does anyone know if that is still possible at this point.

Thank you both for the info. Think I am going to go ahead and book

I am currently booked in the 2 bdrm suite on the Escape. The price has went down so much that it looks like I could upgrade to the Owners Suite. Has anyone stayed in this suite? Looks like it is a forward suite and I have never stayed in a forward cabin. If anyone has stayed in both a 2 bdrm and an Owners Suite, can you let me know if I should pull the trigger on this. We really didn't need the 2 bdrm but I took the upgrade when the price dropped the first time a couple of weeks ago. Any info on how everyone feels about the Owners Suite would be great. The ones that are currently available are 18100, 17700, and 17100

Does anyone happen to know what the code is for double points. Trying to figure out if I am going to get the points for my upcoming cruise

Has anyone taken the NCL excursion to St Martins and the Bay of Fundy. I dont typically book ship excursions, however, I have some OBC to burn and thought this might be a good way to burn it. We really want to walk in the sea caves. I saw a couple of other excursions recommended by others, but they were all private and do not do individuals (there is only 2 of us). If anyone knows of other excursions that will take just 2 people that would be great. Would love to find one that would go to the caves during low tide.

In that case, yes. You can add it for guests 1&2 and just pay the 20%.
Thanks for the info

I was given the option but declined. We will be staying in the Haven so was given all 4 perks. Typically my husband does not want the beverage package but this time has changed his mind. Just wasn’t sure if I could add after the fact

When I booked I did not sign up for the beverage package. I have made my final payment. Does anyone know if I can still add the pkg and just pay the gratuties

Thank you so much for the info

I have OBC from my TA. Does anyone know if there is a way to
use it for gratuity for my butler etc?

Thank you so much for this info. Guess I will just have to wait until next time 😫

I see you redeemed a My Vegas reward for a reward. I am a little confused about how to do this. Do you know if I have a cruise already booked if I am able to do this. Kinda reads like I can’t but would really appreciate any info you have. I have millions of points burning a hole in my pocket. Thank you so much for any info you have

Can anyone tell me the name of the tour company that does the Bio Bay with the electric boat.

So do you make a reservation and then go and stand in the line to get in? If so, can anyone recommend how early you should get in that line?

I will be traveling in the Haven on Sept 23 on the Escape. We are interested in going to one of the comedy shows and other shows that will not be in the theater. Can anyone tell me if we just line up outside the venue with everyone else or is there any special lines or seating. Don't have a problem lining up with everyone else just want to make sure I understand the procedure. I think I had read there is only special seating in the theater.

you can reserve the return car on the day you sail...just call the car service before the ship departs.

we have used our obc money to get vouchers for tipping concierge.Easy and no fee.

Thanks for the suggestions. If I decided to just go ahead and head towards PC that evening, which shuttle service would you recommend. It looks like the one I am looking at only have shutttles going in the mornings
