We are heading back to Roatan for the 1234908636434 time (just kidding but seems like it). We need something new to do (maybe).

 

In the past we have done Maya Key, West Bay, Zip lining and the animals with Bodden, and Little French Key about 3 or 4 times (I've lost count at this point).

 

While our favorite thing so far has been LFK, I feel like I need something new. Each time we go there they have made additional changes/add-on's and while it's super nice and more options, I feel like it just has so much now and getting so popular but yet still the same old same old. I need something different I think.

 

We are beach loving, snorkeling and fun in the sun type of people. What would you suggest?

I have only been to Roaran once in Mahogany Bay and stayed there on the beach. Coming into Coxen Hole this time on NCL on Oct 9. Read about LFK. Is this your first recommendation??

Is there a local beach in Placencia? Would like to walk a bit but then go to a less touristy beach than HC

Take the snorkeling trip! All day trip is amazing!! Trip stops at Caye Caulker, a very quaint island. We have been going to the Belize Cayes for 10 years..... Trust me!

we are coming into the new Norwegian port of Harvest Caye. Are there private snorkeling trips with Caye Caulker that go from that port? I hear the cave tubing is too far away from this port. I'm not impressed with the Harvest Caye private port. Too touristy.

Who did you book the Segway tour with? I'd like to do that in Nassau.

are the services free if you are booked in a spa cabin? meaning the pool and sauna room, etc, not facials and services like that??

You guys all scare me. Have been engaged 2 weeks now & just tossing around ideas. Was thinking about just a "simple" beach wedding somewhere but it seems from this forum that nothing will be "simple". Ugh. We are in late 40's, I've been widowed for 13 years and my fiancé has been divorced for 12 years. We both have 2 kids. Ages 18-24. Just want a simple ceremony somewhere hot with our kids and whoever else wants to come and make it a party. Was thinking Oct 2015 while our 3 youngest are on college break week in Ontario. Now I'm frightened to start the planning
