  1. Really liked it. Have had it twice, both on B2Bs. Cabin is very nice. Has an extra closet and a half sofa -- room enough for 2 people to sit and read or watch TV. Balcony is 2x longer than a regular balcony and is a Cat 8A.

You will be next door to an aft wrap and both your cabin and the wrap share a little alcove to enter the cabin. Hard to see on deck plans, but is pretty cool.

We board again tomorrow and will have 6371 on the starboard side for another B2B. And hopefully with the same Steward we had in January.

    Enjoy :D

Tandemcruzr; Would love to hear your thoughts on cabin 6371; we have that room booked for our cruise in Feb. Quite curious about size of balcony and whether there is a minifridge!

  2. Does anyone know if you can take the bus to the Mill Resort, or to the Westin? Last time we were in Aruba we took the bus to the beach at the Amsterdam resort; looks like the Westin is just a bit further along the same road, if the bus goes that far it would be less expensive than a cab.

  3. Loved your review. Started reading the roll calls for the Breeze since we are sailing her in Feb. 2013; got caught up in the Nov. roll call and discovered your Dream review. Thank you for sharing all the photos! My favorite was the two boys on the back of the truck. I think it's funny that the photo is one you were upset about because of the windshield. I think that just lends to the feeling of the shot; it almost reminds me of a Norman Rockwell painting. Anyway, great job. Hope to meet you and Latanya on a ship someday!

  4. Just got off the Legend and wanted to let everyone know about Alan Jackson. Can't say I was terribly impressed. Never witnessed a big crowd in the bar and we popped by most nights, at least to peek in. Alan plays well, but seems to rush through the vocals on most songs and doesn't really engage the audience too much. The best night was when Marcus Anthony made a visit to the piano bar and sang a set. He was wonderful and Alan did fine accompanying him.

  5. Great thread, glad I found it, but I still haven't seen too many pictures of the Legend. We have cabin 8270 booked in Feb. Anyone with pics? It is not a wrap balcony, there are four extended balcony cabins and we are on the edge, next to a wrap, I assume.

  6. This thread was started about a year ago, with much less known about the Eurodam. Can someone post some updated info about her?

I see that you have sailed on both HAL and Carnival. Do you have a preference? Can you outline some of the pros/cons? We recently sailed Princess and I found that we prefer Carnival for various reasons (cabin size, entertainment options, bathrobes!). Thanks for any info.

That wind will get you every time. My first cruise, my husband and I were touring the ship after dinner. I was wearing a long gauzy, floating kind of dress. I love the sight of the sea and the feel of the wind so up to the top deck we went. There were glass doors at the top of the stairwell leading to the deck; my husband opened the doors and I stepped through, my dress immediately flew up around my head! It was hysterical. I laughed til I cried, but I have learned to hold on to my skirt when I'm out on a deck!
