My traveling partner is in the same situation - can you share the email address you used to communicate with Celebrity and also what you used as proof that there were no vaccination mandates in place when selecting the 125% bonus offer?  

My travel party has future cruise credit from a cancelled October 2020 cruise.  One member of the travel party is unable to be vaccinated due to medical reasons.  My preference is to get a future cruise credit refund due to this situation  Does anyone know the process for requesting a future cruise credit refund?  

Just got off of the Summit yesterday. My biggest frustration was that the MDR could not cook a steak to medium temperature. The steaks I was served were bleeding. When I did send it back, it came back well done. So bad that I stopped ordering steak. And I love steak.
