  1. The thrill theatre? I must have missed this. Can you tell me more about it??

The thrill theatre is Carnival's 4-D theater that runs short movies throughout the day (maybe 4 - 6 different ones throughout the cruise). I didn't personally do it last time, but my sons did and enjoyed it. I think the pass for the cruise was around $18.

  2. The Mongolian Wok was my favorite. I would have eaten there for lunch and dinner if there weren't so many other choices to try out. I plan to eat there once a day on my March cruise :)

The waterslides were awesome and actually the first ones I have tried out on a cruise. If you are into running or walking the view from the track in the morning is always amazing. My friends laugh that I like to get up and run while I am on vacation. Well if they saw the view they would understand.

Though we cruised for 8 days last time there is still so much that I missed. I can't wait until March to see what we missed.

  3. In 2014 we did the off road adventure. Our boys (then 12 and 14) had the time of their lives. My youngest who is kinda hard to please had a smile plastered on his face the entire time and the natural pool it took you to was beautiful.

The one thing to note though is it is VERY bumpy. I get motion sick and almost lost it a few times. However, I think though i would still do it again just to see the smiles and laughter coming from my kids.

There is one big negative with the location of Cucina del Capitano, and that is the Sports Court is located directly above it. While we were there, it sounded like an earthquake was happening above your head, and the chandelier was actually swaying a little. It was so loud that even the turned up music they were playing couldn’t hide it. I was told that they close the Sports Court during dinner hours, but that’s not fair to those that want to use it. They should have installed padding above Cucina del Capitano, then installed the Sports Court above it. Anyway, here are some Cucina del Capitano views…..

    To be continued……

I totally agree with you that they should have done something a little different with the sports court. We sailed the Breeze in 2013 and my sons loved that they could play basketball and soccer. Each night they would patiently wait till 10 when it reopened to go play soccer with their newfound friends.
