January 11th, Diamond Princess for 14 fabulous nights to Pacific Islands and Fiji....our 5th cruise on Diamond our favourite ship.

Thankyou for your detailed review along with stunning photos, the ship looks spectacular and I am gaining a lot of information for our upcoming cruise on Majestic next November, coming up is Diamond January 11th our favourite ship so far, I have a feeling after seeing your Regal photos that we may have a new favourite......loved the gorgeous colours of Autumn in some of your port stops.

I was having issues as well for 5 days, I noticed someone said they updated their iPad to the latest version and pleased to say I am having no problems now.

Heading out on Wednesday on Dawn Princess with 4 ports in Fiji, I'm really hoping Cyclone Winston doesn't cause to much damage to Fiji and surrounding areas.

I rang for OBC for our Explorer of the seas cruise in April, it was AUD 140 for US100, I got 500US for $700, they send an email to verify, you can keep adding to it up until 4 days out from your cruise. I did this last week and friends did it today at the same rate.

Hi David....Dawn Princess, 24th Feb 2016, Fiji / South Pacific, 14 nights......Explorer of the seas, 12th April 2016, NZ, 11 nights.

I would make sure you have something to print and take with you, we had a bottle of wine and a specialty restaurant plus OBC for our Golden Princess cruise in Oct, there was a voucher for the wine but nothing for the restaurant, on enquiring I was told it didn't show anything on my booking, I then showed them what I had printed out, they took a copy of it and still had to check with head office and I was told it had to be confirmed by them.

It took a few days before I finally got the go ahead to book, I think without the printout I took with me I wouldn't have had any chance of getting the dinner at Crown Grill.....it was excellent btw.

Princess ticks all the boxes for me.

Suitcases out today and this time next week will be packed for boarding on the 18th.....woohooo

Getting close now, jumping on the first cruise out of Oz on the 18th, she looks similar to Diamond Princess our favourite ship.

Following along with you is an understatement....you have me there with you, eagerly waiting in anticipation for my journey to unfold.

Another cruiser who has never been to Specialty Dining as I am more than happy with MDR however we are cruising on Golden Princess in two weeks when she arrives in Oz and part of the deal when we booked was a voucher for a Specialty of our choice so I will get to see what it's all about.

Really looking forward to following along as you bring the Golden to Sydney Harbour when it will be our turn to board for her first cruise out of Australia, hope the seas improve a bit for you and you have a wonderful voyage across the Pacific.

I wish there was a like button for your comments about not liking the heat.....there is something magical about being at sea on overcast cold days.

I'm another who really loved the eucalyptus toiletries, the smell was so fresh and it always meant I was back on the ocean.....I've had no luck finding anything similar either
