    We are on the Enchanted for a 10-day cruise about to end.  We were given an 8x11 sheet of paper with the times for the PES lounge, wine tasting and Captain's Circle Party.  The PES lounge is open from 4:30 to 6:30 every night except the night of the Captain's Circle party.  There is a smack table set up with different offerings all served by the staff (no self-service) but no advance notice of what is offered.  One night they had the boiled shrimp which I love but just happened to be there that night.  There are no discounted drinks offered.   Most though have the Plus package so all the alcoholic drinks are included (less than $15 I believe).

    I phoned Princess and they said no problem we can do it for you....no they couldn't.. they managed to book for the first night and then they also got error message same as me. They said it would be escalated and to try again in a few days. 

    Later I tried again and still not working so I decided to try booking a different much earlier time than I wanted and it worked! There is then an option to edit reservation and I chose the time I really  wanted and it changed to it. I had to do it separately for each day but we are all booked in now!

    Good luck.. the app is a pain... mine keeps changing me from green to yellow lane and back again!

     

  3. How many days before your cruise is it possible to reserve a table using the medallion app? I have been trying but the app does not respond. Has anyone else had this problem?

    Do I have to wait until a couple of weeks beforehand or do I need to contact Princess?

    I am based in the UK.

    Thanks for any help.

  5. We are in Port Klang on NCL Jewel in late March and have booked a cab for two  for 8 hours for 450 Malaysian Ringbatts.

     

    We are probably on the same cruise as you and will be doing this tour on the first day as we have read that there can be traffic problems going to Kuala Lumpur and back.

    We are also sailing on this cruise.

     

    Our son lives in Singapore so we will spend a few days with him and his lady before and after. I have tried to start a roll call but it is not showing properly yet.

     

    I am researching shore excursions and will be looking for companions to get the price down.

  7. We are new to NCL and have a couple of questions.

     

    We are booked on a cruise on 29th March from Singapore - there is no roll call - is this due to the cruise just being added?

     

    There are only 16 shore excursions available for 5 ports - is this usual?

    or will more be added later?

  8. The main differences to us were as follows





    Lack if choice of wine by the glass available with both the AI and the premium.

    No always available selections in MDR.

    Slightly louder British crowd than on P&O



    We also rate Celebrity as our favourite cruise company, however we chose Discovery 2 because of itinerary as well as the fact that we had sailed on Splendour of the Seas which was her sister ship whilst sailing under the Royal Caribbean flag.



    We will also be sailing with her this summer to the Adriatic.

  9. We have received out guest ticket book for our cruise in three weeks time.

    As we have booked air travel, transfers and hotels we have Inexchange vouchers for the transfers and hotels.

    It states on these vouchers that additional travel information will be sent approximately 30days prior to travel.

    I have contacted Customer services UK by e mail and was told that they would arrange for this to be sent separately by email.

    We have received nothing a week later.

    Now customer services say to take it up with my travel agent.

    My travel agent says they know nothing about this and says that there is no other info required.

     

    Do I need any other info?
