Does Rccl points count on celebrity and vice versa since they are owned by the same company

We are cruising on the Enchantment of the Sea 11/20-11/24 from Miami. On 11/24 our flight is at 10:20a.m. from Ft Lauderdale airport. There are 5 of us traveling together. I know RCCL does not recommend such an early departure time but this was one of the only options with Southwest to get us home early on Friday. We are trying to determine the quickest way to get to the FLL airport post-cruise. Has anyone had experience getting to FLL airport this early after a cruise? Did you rent a private car service? What was the cost?
