So, if I am understanding this correctly, if you want any power on the night table, you must run an extension cord across the floor?  I am talking about a mini suite where , on the royal, the desk is opposite the night tables.  On the grand class ships the desk was adjacent to the bed.  Seems like a potential hazard this way.

    I solved my own issue.  For those still having trouble I found that with the samsung galazy 9 I could not get the pin number to set.  I tried to do it on my ipad and it worked just fine..

    Yes, I did all that.  Would you please give me that phone number, I am sure that it is here but can't find it.. Another strange thing, the pin on my husbands profile is now complete yet my is still not showing green and it's the same.

    The App is super glitchy.  As soon as you see Green do print screens of the OceanReady Pass. It is what we did.  It's gone back and forth from Green to Red to Green to Red... now it's Green again. I'm done looking at it. lol. Not sure what causes it to have these problems but they are a ROYAL pain 🙂 I like that 

    I have never seen it turn green.  What a pain!!

I hope  someone can help me.   I have uploaded everything to the app but I cannot get ready because it shows red in Cruise Personalizer and Pin Number which I have tried to input many times  Does anyone have any advice?  I have all the pictures and passports entered but am stuck as to why I can't get ocean ready,

Has anyone ever been in Cabo when there were three ships tendering on the same day?  Was wondering how crowded it would be and also how long the lines for the afternoon tenders back to the ship would be.  I am traveling with someone who is mobility challenged.  I wouldn't want him to have to stand in long lines waiting to board the return tender.

  8. We were on the Emerald last year and there was a mobility scooter plugged in every night by the stairwell in the rear elevator lobby on deck 9, so they must make some exceptions.

I have been thinking about taking the Station Casino offer of the free cruise for the past six months but cannot get past the offer that is supposed to be "free", yet expects me to pay $100 per person to book.  I too called the customer service number and was told that the initial $100 per person would be returned in OBC.  If you upgraded to a balcony then I think you paid the premium to upgrade plus the $100 OBC deposit.  At least that how the pricing looks to me.  This is one of the reasons that I did not book yet, you cannot get a definitive answer. 

    On the booking site it shows $0 for an interior and $315 for a balcony, yet when I do a mock booking it then shows $100 per person for an interior and $415 for a balcony.  Doesn't that seem to you that they are charging the $100 for the deposit plus the cost of the balcony.  Is this what you paid?
