We are booked into 11329 later this year. I was wondering about travel time to get around the ship staying that far back on the ship, for example main dining room. Did you have trouble getting to places/crowded elevators, etc? We sailed the Oasis in 2012, but I spent half of the cruise laid up with a severe case of bronchitits and missed out on most of the cruise. Hoping to have a healthy and happy trip this time!

We are driving down for first time. Anyone have suggestions of where to park, or are there hotels that offer parking for a fee, like the Radisson in Port Canaveral does?

We are going on the Valor in October and will be in port on a Tuesday from 1 till 11. This is the island that I had really hoped to check another item off my bucket list: Jet ski. My husband wants some shade on a beach to read. I am concerned since we get into port so late that we wont find chairs/umbrellas. Which would be better in your expert opinions, Palm or Eagle. What time will all the companies close up for the day? One last question, what do you do around in the evenings?

Just stumbled upon this thread. We always decorate our doors, it just adds to the fun and excitement of the trip for us. Last year we took magnetic white boards with markers. Each day or night we left funny quips or quotes on our kids doors. Other people got in on the fun. No names on the doors, but lots of fun decorations. Usually go to Party City or Dollar Tree for fun stuff.
