    How do you find your subscribed threads?

    When I asked a similar question, Globaliser posted the following, which works better than using the 'Manage Followed Content' option -

     

    Go to https://boards.cruisecritic.com/discover/?do=create

     

    Select the following options:-

    • Show me: Content items only
    • Clicking Unread Items: Take me to the first unread comment
    • Content Types: Topics
    • Read Status: Everything
    • Ownership: Everything
    • Default View: Condensed
    • Following: Only content I follow
    • Time Period: Any time

    Enter a name into Stream Title. 

     

    Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.

     

    You can thereafter find this under Activity --> My Activity Streams --> Custom Streams. You can create a shortcut/bookmark with that URL for easy access.

     

     

    This search method only covers the last 365 days, so if you want to find something on a thread from over a year ago, your best bet is to locate it using the 'Manage Followed Content' option

    Serenade cruise cancelled

    It's sadly official - the cruise on 9th March 2018 has been 'redeployed'! :mad:

     

    Some passengers have received an email, but others (including us) haven't, unless it has been sent to TA's!

     

    RCI have offered sailings on 5th or 26th January as alternatives - no use at all if you'd booked the cruise as part of a back to back, as we and others had - or OBC if you rebook an RCI sailing.

    Have you heard anything officially about the March 9 cruise? My travel agent hadn't heard a thing and it is still showing up under my cruises

     

    Nobody on the 9th March cruise has heard a thing from RCI. The cruise is still showing on loads of people's booked cruises and we're not happy! :mad:

    We are on Indy in May and i have tried searching CC for info about Felix , not much is written about him ? I would like to hear from anyone who has had positive and negative experience with him ?

     

    We received an email from Felix 2 days before we were due to board Indy. We didn't have any problems so didn't call upon his services but found him very friendly and helpful.

     

    Breakfast in the CL the first morning was interesting - there was bircher muesli but no bowls to put it in or spoons to eat it with and no cold milk. This was all soon rectified and bowls, spoons and cold milk were there for the rest of the cruise.

     

    The new coffee machine only dispenses coffee and hot water (no frothed milk :( ) and I had to ask for sachets of hot choc as there were none out (Felix then told me where they lived if I needed any more :) )

     

    Harmony is very lucky to have Raj!

    As of today, Felix Vargas returned from his vacation & is sailing on Independence of the Seas. Enchantment's loss & Indy's gain.....they are sooo lucky to have him!

     

    We're on Indy next month so any info on Felix Vargas would be much appreciated.

     

    When I was on Enchantment in February Felix told me he was going to Harmony. Surprised he is now going to Indy! So, who's going to Harmony?

     

    Raj Bhugwath will be joining Harmony - Indy's loss is Harmony's gain :(

    I experienced a similar issue. In the upper right corner of your page, find the over-lapping pages. Click on that and a "private" option will appear. If it is highlighted, click on it and it should resolve your log in problems.

     

    Thanks for that. YOUR TIP WORKS! :) I was getting a 'datebase error' message on Safari when I logged in. I emailed CC last week but so far have only received an automated reply. Haven't experienced any other problems when surfing with Safari, so the problem must be at their end.

    If you want to eat where the locals go, dont choose a restaurant on Las Ramblas - they are just for the tourists!

     

    The Concierge at the Majestic Hotel recommended it and we have always enjoyed fabulous Tapas at

    trolleydollyWhen we have stayed in a GS (Grand Suite) we have requested and received luggage labels through the post. You could always request some more. The worst that could happen would be to receive 2 sets of labels!

     

    Ray66 We also bought some of those label holders - saves laminating/sticking/stapling! And they can be reused :)
