  1. Just want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to Captain Jason for all of the fabulous cruises we have experienced with you on the Journey over the years. From your first welcoming smile, to the many wonderful chats, the stormy seas, the ever-changing ports (loved those mystery cruises), you always handled everything that was thrown at you with professionalism and good humour! You will be sadly missed by your Azamara family, but we know your Southampton family will benefit from this decision. We wish you ONLY the best of everything in your future life and again say THANK YOU for giving us so many awesome Azamara memories over the past several years. You will be missed!

  2. Thanks Bill C for your excellent post! As we too experienced the Azamazing Evening in Panama City, we want to add our appreciation to the good folks at Azamara Club Cruises for quickly acknowledging there was a problem for some of the passengers who were transported to the middle of the city for the Azamazing evening and then quickly followed up with a "more than generous" compensation. Once again, we are wowed by the classy way Azamara Club Cruises treats ALL of their passengers. Impressive! We will be back!

  3. We just returned from B2B Indonesia/Vietnam on the Journey and found that ALL of the ship's excursions that we took were amazing! We saw so many interesting things, and went so many places that I do not think you would have time to do on a private excursions. They have done the resesearch for you/make sure you eat in safe places and are well looked after 100% of the time. Definitely recommend them!

  4. Welcome Mr. Pimentel! I am so glad to have this opportunity to tell you in person how much we have enjoyed EVERY voyage we have taken on an Azamara ship. You have come up with a cruiseline that suits our vacation needs to perfection in every way. From the moment we step on board until the moment we disembark we are always made to feel pampered and special. Each and every change that has been made over the past few years has only enhanced our cruising experience. We are not sure HOW it can get much better, but trust that these newest changes will make it an even "more" special experience.

We so much enjoyed our "Chateaux in Bordeaux" special evening with you in 2011 and are really excited over what Azamara might come up with when it comes to "Special Evenings" on upcoming cruises!!What a fabulous idea!

We can hardly wait to get back on board either one of the beautiful Azamara ships and experience in person the newest changes.

Thank you again to you and ALL of the AWESOME people at Azamara Club Cruises for giving us so many fabulous memories/special moments and many new friends. You truly are part of "our family" and hopefully will be for MANY years to come.
  5. I just have to jump in here and say that I am one of those lucky people who has been able to sail with all FOUR of the Amazaing Azamara captains over the past few years and have enjoyed the fabulous services of Heike, Philip and Scott as Hotel Directors. I have also loved the variety of Cruise Directors. Eric DeGray and Tony Markey, despite being very different individuals, "wow" us every time we see them. What we have found is that each and everyone of these very special individuals brings something unique and different to our cruising experience. ALL fantastic!! ALL Favourites!! These people make Azamara what it is today....a very SPECIAL place to be no matter WHO is in charge.
