I just called and confirmed. It's not. Refund only. BUMMER!
Big Bummer. One of the main reasons I booked, pretty much knowing we'd probably not sail until 2021, but thought hey, 125% will be a nice bonus. Guess not. :(

If your trip was paid in full, it looks like we may be able to get a 125% FCC. This is in their FAQ under the announcement:
FULL CASH BOOKING: If an affected booking has a full cash (credit card or check) payment, they will have the choice to either retain the 125% value FCC, or they can submit for a cash refund when the web form goes live.
FULL SUSPENDED SAILING FCC BOOKING: If an affected booking has a payment with a previously issued suspended sailing FCC, they will not be entitled to the additional 25% and are not eligible to submit for a cash refund. In this instance, the FCC will go back to the guest’s Latitudes account.
FULL PEACE OF MIND FCC BOOKING: If an affected booking has a payment with a previously issued Peace of Mind FCC, they will receive their Peace of Mind FCC back on file to their Latitudes account, plus receive an additional 25% FCC. In this instance, this booking is not eligible to submit for a cash refund.
CASH + SUSPENDED SAILING FCC BOOKING: If an affected booking has a cash (credit card or check) payment in addition to using a previously issued suspended sailing FCC, they will receive the additional 25% FCC on the cash portion ONLY. In this instance, a refund request may only be submitted for the cash (credit card or check) payments made.
CASH + PEACE OF MIND FCC BOOKING: If an affected booking has a cash (credit card or check) payment in addition to using a previously issued Peace of Mind FCC, they will receive the additional 25% FCC on the total invoice. In this instance, a refund request may only be submitted for the cash (credit card or check) payments made.
Yeah, I just saw this. Hope that's the case. Mine was full cash. Fingers crossed! :)

Looks like it was only 125% for cruises booked until Oct 31st. 100% plus the 10% coupon for November cruises.

I was under the impression when I booked under the "Peace of mind" that if they cancelled we'd get 125%, and if we cancelled, we'd get 100%. Was I mistaken? Just curious.

It's definitely scary...I did it on the breakaway 5 years ago...but if you put it in perspective by thinking of all the people who have gone before you, and even watching them, you just get in and go and it's literally over in a matter of seconds! Smooth ride all the way to splash down! :)

Just a random thought, being a NY'er, I honestly do not picture our Governor, who's been uber cautious with the reopening (Thankful for that by the way)...to say ok...yep, let's let a cruise ship come into NY harbor, let 1000s of people from around the world converge into NYC, board a ship, spend a week together and come back to NYC. Not this year anyway. I am booked on Nov 1, 2020 cruise to Bermuda, and with the cease of sailing through Oct 31, my guess is they will eventually cancel through the remainder of 2020...Unless a miracle happens and the virus just "disappears" like some people think. LOL... I could be totally wrong obviously, like i said...just a random thought.

We were in Bermuda when Hurricane Fabian was bearing down on the island several years ago. They pulled us out to sea one day early to get us out of harms way and protect the ship from damage being docked. So we had an extra sea day. :) They plied us with free mimosa's and bloody mary's that whole sea day! Oh Boy!!! LOL

I was on a Princess Cruise years ago...and Doug Flutie was on board. I went up and asked him for his autograph. He was nice enough to oblige...but I could sense, he just wanted to enjoy the cruise with his family. Hmmmm...wonder where that autograph is now?

But not good if you've paid in full. I booked with the impression that if they cancelled we'd get 125% return.
